Since self checkout is your prime, those who do it themselves should receive a discount at self checkout. All associates are trained on registers, running out of cashiers is not possible. Also, having to show that Im old enough to buy alcohol is insulting and degrading, if one looks that young, so be it, also my ID card shows retired USAF, please dont tell me this form of documenting is NOT ACCEPTED.

They have most of the groceries I need- it is quieter than the General Wal-Mart and they still have the same low prices that the General Wal-Mart has!

So I just went in for 2 things but I saw 2-3 people without masks in my 5 mins inside.. if they are fully vaccinated, awesome! But its hard to know if someone is vaccinated or not so I appreciate when a business still enforces mask usage for now. This store did not. 🤷‍♀️

People were friendly. Produce was fresh. Shelves kept relatively well stocked, even during pandemic. Pharmacy staff is awesome (esp Tina). They take their time with you and get to know you quickly.

Some items can be found here that are not at the Super center WM, and vice versa: Produce here is limited and more expensive; dog treats are not extensive; shelf items for health is tiny, etc. Smaller square footage, limited products.

This is a clean store with lots of selection grocery wise. Check out is usually really fast. I love that they offer store pick up. This service is super fast they always bring it to my car within minutes of my arrival and put it into my trunk for me. Staff members are always friendly.

The staff was friendly and the store was neat and tidy.

It would be really nice if there were more than 1-2 checkouts open. Otherwise I usually find everything I need.

Occasionally, while on the other side of town, my wife and I like to shop the Neighborhood Market (Walmart); w he ole it may not have as many features or be as inexpensive as the Super Walmart... I am far more likely to find a mobility cart, when needed (I am left 85% disabled after several corrective surgeries/some days I can barely move - others I can do quite well, not requiring a cart... B. U. T., I do NOT get to choose which days.>>>>----- ;) --------->But rarely does the Neighborhood Market not have carts...and the ones that they do have ......W O R K .In addition, there is a lot less hustle and bustle... **C-a-L-m-E-r IS something that this Senior Citizen has learned to appreciate.

I always look for the register w the young lady on it, I don’t know her name but she looks to be anywhere between 17-22, she likes makeup and is of hispanicdecent. She is just a ball of happiness and I love checking out with her because she radiates happiness and positive energy! By far my favorite cashier!

It is Walmart. You dont expect high level service. But I will tell you if approach the Walmart staff and a friendly open way they respond equally. Everyone I have never dealt with over there has been friendly and helpful.

The people who work there are great, but too many customers who dont know that the mask goes OVER your nose. Its still part of your respiratory tract! I wish the employees would/could say something to them.

Quick place to get in and out with your groceries. Pretty well stocked and reasonable prices. The cashiers and stockers have always been quite helpful if youre needing help finding an item

Doesnt have everything the other Walmart has (its obviously not a super Walmart but it doesnt have as much different foods either) but its never as busy either so if you just need to quickly grab some basic foods this is the 1 to go to! Plus they do have my HINT waters and for some reason the supercenter doesnt!

Would be zero stars if I could. Ordered a pickup order and my wife waited over an hour for it, only to be told it would be another hour before its ready. Then I went to pick it up later, after it was finally ready, and waited for an hour for the employee to throw the groceries into my truck. It wasnt that he was in a hurry. Moving slowly, instead of setting the groceries down he would swing them into my truck and drop them, damaging my items. During my wait I watched employees chatting and standing around as well as petting someones dog who happened to be walking by. I will not be doing pickup from here again

Ordered groceries from the app and did parking lot pickup. Went smooth and no contact while still getting everything right.

Was welcomed in. Had what we needed. However they may not have exactly what youre looking for. It is a bit small.

They are great when we are doing pick up for groceries theyre quick and efficient. In the year weve been doing the pickup only one error, and it was rectified once I let them know.

Finally made it to the neighborhood market. Lot easier than going to the supercenter. Found items there, that I couldnt find at the supercenter. If it is just good items this is the way to go!

With the pandemic the grocery pickup option has been very helpful. They usually pick really good produce and are very careful with PPE. The people Ive dealt with have been very helpful with occasional incidental items as well. Top notch service.

The prices were higher than other wal marts and selection slim him. Staff is hills have eyes. Or possibly, wal mart workers in general. I didnt really enjoy my experience.

Making profits with their polluting products, they should be also responsible to recycle, or use nonpolluting packaging!!

When I lived in Alamogordo this was my go-to place for groceries. This store was rarely crowded and better than going to the big Walmart near First Street. The selection was good and it was very clean.

A winner for Wal-Mart with a bright and colorful SMALLer store easier to get around and no clothing and other merchandise... JUST FOOD items..A grocery store and a convenient quick Mart with everything but a problem parking. Bright and accessible.

Love their produce Dept. And I always find a open register. People always smile and I do find everything I came in for. Manager Mary is doing a great job.

I am a former resident of Alamogordo, and recently went back to visit and was pleasantly surprised to see this new store perfectly located in this part of town. I went in and the staff was wonderful, friendly, eager to serve and it almost made me wish we had never moved away. Look forward to visiting again soon. Excellent location.

This store is on the northside of town. Does not carry clothes, or RV stuff, or automotive things, but if your shopping for food, pharmacy, cosmetics, animal supplies, this is the place to go. A smaller store, less walking than the Super Walmart. Dont have to drive all the way thru town to get to the Super Walmart. Have even picked up ordered food items here.
