Great place. They now have a drive thru which is amazing, you are in and out and everyone there are amazing and really helpful, they box things for you, pack it, label it if you need a label done. Its great. And you do all of it from your car. You still need to go in for the notary but thats really it

Very happy with Theda and all the employees for the services received from Direct Mail. They are very friendly and helpful. Sure, you may have to wait in line if you arrive at a busy time.. still, I do not know how these workers deal with the public as well as they do in such a demanding and essential service sector. They even pick up and deliver to your car when possible in these trying times.

The employee who I interacted with in this store on 3 separate occasions behaves as though she isnt getting paid. Bossy, rude and clearly lacks understanding regarding customer service. I ship a lot of packages and would rather wait in line at the post office.

If your hours posted say 5:30 PM this is to imply that your store stays open until that time. It is extremely frustrating to make a special trip to your establishment and the doors are locked and no one is there at 5:15.
