About three years ago I parked there every Thursday and loaded in El Paso Friday morning. Every week for two years. Big truck lot, clean quiet place. Lowes, Dollar General right next door. Big store, hot food, coffee. Had to retire, miss you all.

Good truck parking, clean inside, friendly staff, as of 01/25/2021 Rustic Cafe inside is takeout only. Overall great spot!

Nice bathrooms. Plenty of semi parking. Area for your dogs to explore. Horses out back. Coffee in the morning.

Edit: I come in peace now to let bygones be bygones. Also, friendly and prompt cashier young lady. 😊 Next: a year ago. PUZZLING!!! While the blonde waitress greeted me happily from behind me without me having seen her, yet, the young woman with glasses & short brown hair behind the counter seemed to take pride in being blatantly rude AGAIN (only 2nd time there with her working, no, existing there), chewing miserably on a chicken wing with me making conversation!! When I asked The Rustic Cafe LOVE OF A YOUNG LADY how she was she said: FANTASTIC! 😀 Thank you, Kent Kwik, for KEEPING AWAY that RUDE person from any other more frequently visited businesses! Looking forward to her being put to work out of sight to explore her other latent, perhaps, under-utilized skills!

The Rustic is delicious! The mountains are beautiful. Not very far from White Sands. Plenty of truck parking. Its a mom and pop that has definetly done a lot of remodeling. Staff was amazing! Will stop again.

The quality of the food is not good.The service could be better. The cooks do not know how to multi task, long wait time for our meal. The Mexican food lacks flavor. Its truly sad to see this place doing so bad.

What sane person would close the restaurant at 1pm? Last truck stop for hours going east on 54. Thanks for nothing.

Order the country fried steak today the biggest country fried steak Ive ever seen taste amazing too! Came with a good healthy amount of okra and potatoes as well. Best value and proportions I have seen in a long time.

Dealt with a very nasty and rude lady 7/20. Horrible customer service and she is always like that when i come in.

Foods always good in the Rustic. The service is very good. Except one waitress that works at night. Her name is Toni. She is snappy, the Last time I got a hamburger I asked her before she handed me my to go bag, if she put ketchup in it and I asked for more ketchup she said she put 2 handfuls of ketchup in the bag. I got out to my Truck and she didnt even put any condiments in the bag. Getting her to answer the phone for a to go order is impossible. But everything else is excellent!

Great showers wonderful food and customer service! I wish I wouldve found this place earlier in my career! This place blows the big name companies outta the water completely! I will definitely be stopping anytime Im close!! I wish I could give yall 10 stars.

The Rustic Cafe is a fun place to eat. We like breakfast, the Alamo Style hashbrowns are a favorite.

Plenty of parking for 18s, great home cooking 24 hour restaurant and 24 hour C-store. Old time truck stop, may not be for everyone but its perfect for me. Also in a great location with other stores around too and easy to get on the bypass or 54 upbound.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger WELL DONE to go. When I got home the burger was pink inside! I dont like my hamburger PINK! This is Not the first time I get a pink burger, but the other times I was in the restaurant and sent it back to have it made WELL DONE!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and excellent laundry facilities. I’ve been driving for over 40 years and this place reminds me of the good all days. I don’t get through here often but it is definitely on my stopping list when I do. Good job to allOf the people who work here. I will give you 10 stars if possible.

Easy in and out for trucks. Lots of parking. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The taquitos out of the hot box were delicious. Wish I could have stayed the night. Just stopped for a short break. Will definitely stop by any time I go through.

I experienced an unprofessional visit because of the attendant Erin. While I was waiting in line Erin felt the need to talk to the guy a head of me about her daughter’s dog. While I was still waiting another guy came up to the line and Erin stopped helping the guy she was chatting with to help the other guy. After she was done helping him Erin went into the back to get her phone to show the first guy pictures of her daughter’s dog. There was another attendant there and all would have been ok if Erin asked the other lady to help people in the line while she was “helping” this one customer. I left without purchasing my items because Erin made it very clear she didn’t want to help me.

Plenty of parking and awesome fuel prices! They have the best breakfast burritos and clean restrooms I always stop when I’m in the area.

I came here just thinking I was getting cheap diesel when I came in for the receipt the nice young lady Tyra offered me a meal I had a choice of like 5 different entrees I noticed they had washing machines and dryers when I went to wash my hands she told me they were free they are so nice here Huge lot so nice I will definitely tell my co-workers/boss and any other drivers I speak too...O They have showers too

Laundry driers not working..2loads..1load not dry after 2hrs in machine 8am wasting time.. nobody cares.. doing laundry from 5am.. on the good side restaurant is great!

Lowe’s / phillip 66 is 3.09, and spend a little money on the floors in showers 1 and 3......really?

I came in at 3am March 26, 2019. Store was clean. Bathroom clean, it didnt even smell like a bathroom 👍🏾😊. Their was a guy working at the truck stop, he was very friendly 👍🏾😎👌🏾. I later rent over to the restaurant, the woman that took my order was friendly 👌🏾😊. I ordered the chicken enchilada, it was pretty good 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯. I dont come thru here very often but when I do, I want to support the local businesses by eating in the restaurant. It can be hit or miss on the service. Today, the lady that waited on me was slow. The other waitress had to take my order because my servier left me waiting. She brought my food & took my empty plate, but nothing else. I didnt even get my check. I walked up & paid the other lady who was working the register. I think I may have to stop eating in the restaurant. The breakfast burritos in the store are usually good. Well see. The mens restroom smells. The laundry is cheaper than most other truck stops
