Professional and Experts 100% of the time. Fixed my Phone and Computer and both were not as expensive as I thought it would be and the repair was perfect! Staff is very attentive and friendly and answered all my questions. Glad Alamogordo has the option to repair my phone and computer, that I used to take to have to take El Paso to get done, with professional services when I’m on a budget.

I would like to express my concerns about this company . I have a dear friend who called David for a printer repair. He took the printer into his shop and was not able to fix it. My friend had him order a new printer for her and asked David to install. She called several times asking why he hadn’t contacted her to give her information on why it’s taking so long. He kept setting appointments to deliver but never showed or called to explain. He then stopped taking her calls. Finally after waiting 32 days, she called to say she would pick the printer up her self but was told she couldn’t do that because he had it in his vehicle for 2 days but would not drop it off at office to be picked up. At this point my friend had enough and threatens to call the BBB on him so then he says he has returned her money and would not let her have the printer. This lady is a senior and was very patient but was forced to demand results. He is rude, disrespectful and a liar.

Tried to build my own gaming PC, acquired all the pieces and couldnt figure out how to get it up and running myself. Called David and he worked with me to build a fantastic machine. He was always polite, informative, and honest with what options I had to get my PC where I wanted it to be. Now Im running games on the highest graphics settings without any problem, something I havent ever been able to do before. Im very happy with the result and plan on working with them in the future for maintenance, upgrades, and whatever else might come up.

He always has an excuse. We too paid up front and he is always with another Client and will return your call. Has promised several times to deliver our notebook and never shows or calls. Has had it for a half year. After a couple more calls Dave made it right. They do stand behind their work. Quality of work is great. Customer service still needs improvement.

Used to be called 575 Technologies.The owner is a non stop lier. He downgraded me from a 1 terra bite HD to a 500g HD. When confronted he lied over and over. He charged $100 for a HD that cost $50. Also charged me for a part that wasnt bad. And made me drive there several time.

My computer has been in their shop for a year now, I still do not have it back. The owner had constantly told me that he had called me, but nothing ever showed up on our caller i.d. I am at home 99 percent of the time. DO NOT use them if you need your item fast. We also tried coming to an agreement after I gave them the money for the service, the money for the part and the last I spoke with them was months ago. I gave up and will not make any kind of deal when I have already given more money than what the computer is now worth. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Part 2------ I spoke with David on Thursday of last week, was told that I would be contacted Friday regarding the delivery of a computer, heard nothing (as usual) on Friday, and now Monday almost done with business hours and again NO COMMUNICATION. This is positively the absolute worst I have ever been treated by a local business. I guess I have been lucky in the past, but communication skills are not a high priority for this company.Part 3-- Avoid this company at all costs, they do not follow up with customers, at least customers who need a small computer repaired. The owner wanted to make things right for me. Told me that I would get a computer much better and faster than the one that I had him pick up to fix. I truly wanted to believe this man. I tried calling today after he finally brought me by an Asus tablet, who knows how old. I had tried to convince myself that he was being a good businessman by trying to remedy the situation, but as I expected, the tablet would not even turn on after I charged it all night long. I again called David to let him know, I was told (every time I call) I am with a client, I will call you back. I cant do anything about my old computer, even possibly getting it back and taking it to someone else, or trusting the word of the owner, I just want to pass the word along about my experience. I see through other reviews that I am not the only dissatisfied customer. Please, research your businesses, I sure will from now on.

Your better off talking to a wall!! This company has a massive lack in communication. If you don’t bug them they will not go out of their way to contact you about your product for week, even months. They also do not seem to care for others property as they ended up braking the motherboard to my computer! Not recommended! Save yourself the hassle and go with a professional!Edited update:I do apologize for not being specific. I did not want to address name, but since Alamogordo Technology Solutions do not remember their clientele, I’ll be more specific. Mr. David Pena, as you may remember or not, my brother Daniel Acuña and I went through you guys for an upgrade on an iMac from August of 2020. It is now April 2021 and we have still not received a call or text from you guys in months. Yes we may have small communication, yet none initiated on your behalf. Thank you for your input, and I believe it is not against the law to leave a negative review, witch is protected by our first amendment, especially when it is concerning a customer!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! This guy has had my Mac desktop since August 2020 about 8 months now! We agreed on a hard drive upgrade and a ram upgrade and paid the man upfront for the job. Since then I’ve had little to no communication with him and when I do communicate with them I have to initiate it and wait for his reply’s. I’ve got nothing but excuses on why my computer isn’t ready and to top it off, he fried the motherboard and now wants to return it unfixed because i left a negative review on facebook. This company is unprofessional and I am not surprised to see that my issues are happing to others. Please Steer clear of this company and save yourself the hassle.

Let’s start with the good. Mr. Peña was knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic. When he arrived at my house to assess my laptop, he instantly earned my trust, which is why I was willing to send my computer off with him to repair and/or replace my trackpad in addition to replacing the hard drive with a solid drive, something he suggested to improve performance and longevity of the computer. Unfortunately, his follow-through leaves a lot to be desired. He told me on Thurs. October 8 that he would determine if the trackpad issue was a software problem or a hardware issue, but he would let me know on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. I called for several updates over the next 3 weeks and received a lot of promises. Finally, I lost patience and I asked him on Oct 29 if we could meet so I could retrieve the laptop. We met on the 30th. He did replace the hard drive, but he said he did not yet replace the trackpad. He was going to research the part and get back to me. I have not heard from him since.So after 3 weeks, the computer had the same problem that prompted me to call Alamogordo Technology Solutions in the first place. And since the busiest part of my year working with this laptop is Oct 31-Jan 31, I’m reminded several times a day how annoying this problem is and how disappointing it is that the problem still exists. At least the computer now reboots faster, which seems to be the only temporary fix I have found to remedy the trackpad issues.
