Even though we did not find what we needed, the ladies were very helpful and attentive.

Service is excellent. Just like everything else, their products are in a bit of short supply. Lots to look at end maybe buy though

This store is the highlight of Alamogordo. Obviously, theres no reason to go to Alamogordo, unless youre paid to go there for work or your aging grandma decides thats the place to wait for death, but if you find yourself there, you should definitely swing into Dollar, great deals on a great selection of Western wear. Got my wife this shirt for less than Ill ever tell her I paid for it.;)

This is my favorite store even over Lowes or home depot. The Employees here, Sherrie, Anna are so very nice and know their products, they have great personalities and very friendly. I met the Manager today, Kristy, she came over and said hello and ask if I needed any help. Very nice and polite, and great personality also! If you are looking for western wear, this is a great big store with wonderful people to help you find what you need.

The sales lady was nice. The older woman was rather abrasive, rude. They didnt have what I needed so we left.

Great boots, also they have Red wings, which if you never been there before or not from around this area youll never know. Also carry other quality name brand boots in variety size big plus.

Bought a 165.00 pair of boots.The right boot has a bad sewing job done and was bruising my ankle. Tried to take them back the next day but POLICY said no. So I am out 165.00 and they will be out about 800.00 I will shop amazon from now on, they care about their customers.
