The water there is always a good quality, they obviously take good care of their filtering system.

The water is good and the prices are reasonable. But I feel customer service is lacking. I started by receiving water deliveries on an as needed basis. Sometimes, I was told I had to be home. Other times, I was told I didn’t have to be home. I was finally told the best way to get water without having to be home is to join the weekly delivery list. So I did. However, water was not regularly delivered during the time I was on the list. There were a few sporadic weeks when I wouldn’t receive water and so I would call to either remind them to put me on the list or to check and make sure that I’m on the list. Communication was difficult. The owner didn’t seem to understand my requests even when I had someone interpret them in Spanish. The service is great when it works, but it is very frustrating when it doesn’t. No one came to my house to deliver water last week as far as I am aware, but my neighbor said she saw the water truck near our apartments but on the day different than the one on which I was supposed to receive delivery. So I called today to let the owner know I had not received a delivery last week. But I think he misunderstood me and thought I meant for this week. He told me he sent someone by and I told him thank you. He told me he would check to make sure though. He then called me later telling me that if I didn’t like the service, I could cancel and that he was tired of me picking at him every week. I would have liked to have told him that I wouldn’t pick on him if he and/or his people did their jobs. But I couldn’t because I received the call in a relatively loud area and I don’t think he could hear me. So he hung up. I think I will take his advice and cancel my service. High desert water, here I come!

I have lived in Alamogordo for 20 years and would Never purchase bottled water from any other company. Owner goes above and beyond testing the water quality. I know this because I ask questions about the quality. A person cant asked an automated water vending machine when was the last time the filters were changed.....

New owners have really let the place go downhill. Used to be able to get cocktail ice and block ice there. Was just there yesterday (drove 200 miles round trip) and they didnt have either :(

We get our distilled water here. Use it for steamers, my b-pap machine and other places you want or should use distilled water. They have a discount program if you buy a 50 gallon card, which is what we do. Missed this place the 3 years we had moved from area.
