Bob and Jim are good people who do great work and would stop at nothing to help you out if they can. Ive seen a few shops come and go, but Bob has always been the No. 1 place to go. Very reasonable prices on everything and above all honest. Used bikes are great. Decent prices on trucks too. An all around good old days kind of place where everybodys welcome

An honest shop with fair deals on used Harleys. I purchased a 1999 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide from Liberty Cycles. Jim was helpful and upfront about the bike and everything else through the process. He was quick to return phone calls with any questions, and ensured I had what I needed to get it titled and registered quickly. I plan on doing business with Liberty Cycles again in the future, and would recommend them.

We should’ve listened to the reviews and word of mouth regarding buying motorcycles and vehicles from this place. We bought a Harley, about two weeks and exactly 523 miles later it dropped a piston. Unlucky for us the warranty was only for 500 miles. The previous owner gave Jim $500 towards repairs yet he refused to give us cash or write a check to the Harley dealership that’s repairing it. Lesson learned for us, only buy new with a real warranty and never deal with dishonest individuals like Jim. The repair aspect of the business is great. The certified Harley mechanic is a terrific person with excellent character and morals. If you want your Harley professionally repaired, Bob is the man to see in Alamogordo. Do yourself a favor and never purchase a bike or used vehicle from Jim.

Got my two bike tires mounted and balanced for $85 and it took less than an hour. Very nice guys therealso google maps put the location in the wrong spot but whatever

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. This place will rip you off and you wont even know it until its to late. Offers small warrantys for a reason. They know their vehicles has problems. Thats why they only offer 500 miles or 30 days. For most people 500 miles is a week of driving. Just getting to know vehicle and it brakes down just under 3 weeks. YES it was over the 500 miles, But still no help from them. They should of at least offer to fix it for a discount rate. Havent even paid first payment on vehicle and now have a $1300 repair bill. There is also other issues with this vehicle too. Which will have to be fixed at our expense. Please look over vehicle if you plan on buying from these crooks. I mean LOOK over anything from lights to wipers to leaks under vehicle. They masked things so look with a good flash light. They took advantage of my 19 old daughter. Good thing Im 1700 miles away. NO women should go there by them self. Bring someone with you with vehicle experience.I wish I could give them negative stars.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! I bought a 2005 Grand Cherokee Jeep from them in March 2016 and in April discovered the thing did not have oil, it leaks oil like crazy, did not have a spare(guess thats extra like having oil in it) Also did not have a spare key or an key less entry, or floor mats, which these things i knew, but did not know that oil is an extra charge like these other things with these people. Also the interior dash lights flicker off, which I did not know seeings how I bought this in the daylight! and the rear back cover was missing. On the surface the jeep looked good and had good tires and low mileage, but over all the jeep is a POS! BEWARE BUYERS!!!

They Took The Car cause of late payment and had it back for sale on the lot days later with the price jacked up $2,000 more than my sister was originaly priced...Next To Base Auto Sales Do Not Buy From Here...

I tried a few times to get infomation about a vehicle ad they posted. I also asked if they would preapprove me to purchase a vehicle from them. After several times with no responses. I said forget them then their loss. So I went to the Nissan dealer in Roswell. I called down. They had me preapproved, the car I wanted ready to go, the paperwork done, and waiting for me for me to sign and leave. Within the few hour drive to pick it up. Liberty Cycles was a waste of my time, no help at all, and the customer service sucks.

Id give them 0 stars if it were possible. The salesman was rude blatantly disreguards major safety isses with vehicles and will tell you that he knows about them bug its fine. Oh btw anyone looking at the 08 Cummins the passenger front rim is missing a huge chunk and is cracked the sidewall and bead are protruding and its highly unsafe. And to those with tradr ins good luck I told him I wanted that cummins but I had to trade in my 2014 ram 1500 he tpld me its too new and too much money I dont want it then turned his back to me

9 pm Friday night 4 miles north of Alamagorda my Harley Untra Limited dies due to an engine oil problem. I had the oil changed the day before at Roswell Harley! Im from south Florida on an 8 week road trip. I got a room and spent the next morning searching for service in the area. I was fortunate enough to contact Jim at Liberty and he picked me up and we trailered the bike back to the shop. After a couple diagnosis they came up with the cause and solution! The correct oil resolved the problem and got me back on the road! I cant say enough positve things about their professional, experienced, reasonable service! Go here!

This business offers motorcycle sales and repairs, as well as a used car sales lot. The building also houses a separate tattoo shop, The Poison Frog.I can only speak of, and review, my experience buying a car from Jim. I purchased a used Ford Escape, and paid all cash. I did not lease or finance through them. The vehicle was advertised on a FB group site, and all of my questions were promptly answered. When I went I into the building, it definitely had a motorcycle shop feel to it. A mechanic shop in the back, a tattoo shop to the right, and the front lobby housed a small desk and tons of motorcycle memorabilia items and displays. Other than Jim, the other people in the building were not friendly. Thats unfortunately the only experience I got.The car had a few issues that I had identified on my test drive: the tires were at the end of their life, the cruise control didnt work at all, and there were other cosmetic issues that werent told upfront. But, I liked it enough and the price was fair, so I bought it. Jim also offered a military discount on the final price and was very prompt with all of the paperwork and issued the necessary temporary tags, and made time for follow-up tags before I registered.What you need to understand is that they are brand new to selling used cars, and it started as a side business. They are buying cars at auctions or for cheap, putting minimal fixes and minimal cleaning into them, and then re-selling. There is no certified-pre-owned stuff here, no quality guarantees, probably no pre-sale mechanical inspections of any kind. Not excusing their behavior, but thats how they choose to do business with used cars.I didnt keep my vehicle forever (I ended up selling it), and noticed after I bought it the CD-changer didnt work. So if you are going to get a car through them, understand that nothing will be warrantied, theres probably a lot wrong with the vehicle... and anything after you sign is going to be on you. Thoroughly inspect everything, and walk away if youre not in love with the vehicle and price. Whether they are being dishonest, or they simply dont inspect the vehicles themselves to know the problems... I dont know. Proceed with caution, buyer.But, I still managed to have a satisfactory experience. Reading other reviews, maybe I got lucky.
