Would not take my return that I paid cash for because quote “ no one has paid cash today, to give you back money.” Poor management poor customer service.

If i could rate this any lower then 1 star, i would definitely rate it a 0 😐. today my cousin bleached her hair with sallys beauty salon products. before use her hair was black and blue. after washing out the bleach her hair began to fall out, making her hair feel a soggy wet noodle texture. we brushed her hair out and there was a lot of damage and fall out.

I understand following the maximum capacity rules, but when it’s five people total and three of them are employees that leaves two customers!!!!! No logical sense at all...three employees to assist two customers???!!!!!!!!!

Love this place!!! Only reason i gave a 4 and not a five is simply because the employee(whom is awesome) is literally giving knowledge to customers with questions, helping someone find a product, and checking everyone out by herself... She definitely could use some help!!

Purchased an Andis Clipper and when pulled out of box to turn on saw that they had already been used. Trying to call and cant get trough.

The store definitely has a great selection at good prices and they always have great sales BUT their staff either needs to be more knowledgeable about their products or actually care enough to help a customer figure out whats best for them. Not good customer service in my opinion.but not bad enough to keep me from shopping there..you just have to already know what you need when you go there and not expect much help or advice from the employees. Cmon ppl I know its just a stupid little job but put a little effort into it!

Yes cashier is very rude...products are always out of stock...she gets irritated when asked about it.

To many times I have came to this store in alamAlamog and they are not open at 9am as I am sitting outside once again almost 9:30 am and still not open this is the fourth time I have experienced this the opener seems to make her own hours and always has anacuse as to why they werent open at proper time seems they could get a reliable opener

I came just to leave a review. The staff is unbelievably rude. When you can actually shop there. Online, on the door, & their answering machine say they close at 7 on sundays. I went at 630 & they had the door locked, but were still inside & wouldnt help anyone. I sat in my car & watched 2 other girls also try to go to the shop before closing time & couldnt get in. This place is a joke, wish there was another beauty supply store in this town to shut this pathetic place down.

I used to come in this store all the time but over the last couple of years customer service has come down. the employees are rude and not willing to help me with my questions about the products. I will not be returning
