I bought a car from there for $1500. 2003 Buick lesabre, runs great and very fun ride but only minor issues that they offer to fix. I rate 5 stars because they were super honest and I got what I paid for. This is the place to go to for a used car!!

This place was awesome. A car dealer broke my windshield and Johnny personally called them to make sure my window was paid for. They had a scheduling issue because of a holiday, but they still were prompt, friendly, and polite. I had a great expirience and if needed will work with them again.

Working with this business felt more more like a back alley shell game than a professional transaction.I called several glass places, surprised to find Alamo Auto Glass was about $150 less than other local shops. I asked Johnny why they were less expensive and he told me they do auto glass for several area dealerships. I inferred that meant they got some kind of volume discount on their supplies, which explained the reduced cost, convincing myself this is a legit business. I asked if they would come to Cloudcroft to replace my windshield. Johnny told me yes, it would cost $30-35 more, and I agreed to it. We originally had the appointment scheduled on Thursday Feb 20, but when he realized his technician would be driving to Cloudcroft, he told me the appointment would need to be on Tuesday Feb 18, between 10:00 and 2:00. I told him Tuesday was fine. I talked to Liz later that day ( Feb 12) to give her a credit card number over the phone. We played phone tag for 2 days, but I paid the bill by Friday afternoon Feb 14.Tuesday the 18th came and I parked the car outside my office. I called Alamo Auto Glass to tell them where the car was parked so the tech could find it easily. No answer, so I left a voicemail. Liz returned my call to tell me no one was scheduled to come to Cloudcroft that day; in fact, my appointment was on THURSDAY the 20th!I argued that was not what Johnny told me and I asked what days the technician serviced Cloudcroft. She told me, “sometimes Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday, always Thursday.” Unfortunately, between my call with Johnny and this call with Liz, I made plans to be out of town on Thursday, so we moved the appointment to the following Thursday Feb 27 at my home at 9:00 am. I got a call from Johnny on Wednesday night (Feb 26) confirming the windshield replacement for Thursday morning. BUT he wanted to know if we could move the appointment to 10:00...and could I meet the technician somewhere in Alamogordo instead of them driving to Cloudcroft...and now that he was looking at the schedule, could we make the appointment 10:30 instead?I asked if I would get a refund on the $30-35 charge he added to my bill for the technician to come to Cloudcroft. He said, “I guess I could give you a discount.” When I asked how much, he said, “ooohhh, it’ll be about $25.” I relented because I have been driving around for weeks with a cracked windshield. But now I have been waiting 40 minutes past the appointment, and the tech called to say he is a “few minutes away” from me...in Cloudcroft...which is 20-30 minutes away from where they told me to meet them in Alamogordo. I left and disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Wish I could go lower on the stars or non at all. Scheduled an appointment to change my wifes windshield before her long road trip. Was first told one day but then was called and told it would have to be 2 days later at 7 or 730 am. I was told to stand by my phone for when they call because they work a very tight schedule. 740am came and I had not received a phone call so I drove to the location I was supposed to meet the installer, but he wasnt there. Called the office again at 750 and was told that the workers truck broke down but that they were sending a replacement vehicle so that he could meet me within 1.5 hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until nearly 3 hours later before I called. I was told that they were almost to me and that he would have the worker call me right away. Here it is 245pm and when I called to confront them I was told that the man I dealt with Johnny was busy with another customer but that he would call me right back, still nothing 1 hour after that call. Stay away! Stay far away!!!
