I finally was able to visit, since I always try to visit on a Monday when theyre closed. They have a variety of gifts and knick-knacks, a few with local themes. Since its currently October, they had a lot of Halloween themed items. The staff is nice. They disinfect your credit card after the transaction. They had limited edition free string cats.

A lovely gift shop with well-curated wares. Lovely locally made jewelry. Always a favorite place to visit when Im in Alameda.

Still a fun collection of odds and ends, but now with elbow room, and plenty of parking. Sure, it doesnt feel as quaint as the old store on Lincoln, but once inside you soon forget that
