I love this little store! It has so many good snacks! And they have great prices. Just look for the lead warning or prop 65 warning on some edible things. Great other cute things like office supplies and hand or face towels, slippers and other odds and ends.

Came in today, 7/27/2021 @6:30pm. I was in and out in 5 mins. They were fully stocked. I LOVE the disposable towels. They are sturdy, great for travel, home, vacay and can be used for face, body, cleaning and whatever. Unfortunately, theyre not biodegradable. Cost is $1.50 per pack. I like the square 10 pack, which is the medium size. These are compressed and removes make-up without added chemicals. 💄👩🏾‍🎤👀💃🏾

Just a sweet little fun place to find lots of practical everyday items for around $1.50 and up - housewares, make up, school supplies, snacks, organizers, gifting accessories...almost anything you can think of. Quality is quite good and stuff lasts.

Kawaii!! It has a lot of real Japanese products and snacks. I felt like an Otaku there as I was listening to j-pop songs. You could find many cooking utensils for a good price ❤️

This is like a dollar store. I bought japanese sushi, and rice bowls for 1.50 to 4 dollars. These plates and bowl would cost triple that in other places. This place is a real bargain, and great deal. Look in to it.

Im so happy this place is open! I was able to find some really great things for the kitchen as well as a new pair of flip flops that I needed. It also wasnt as crowded as when it was normally open before so it was nice to be able to browse and see all of the things they had. I even picked up a couple snacks to take home to enjoy AND got a cute little cat pillow that my dog thinks is hers now.

It’s small and packed. They have plenty of pretty affordable pretty little things you can bring home. Their kids masks are the best I’ve found so far for my little one.

Terrible. You should really reconsider your exchange policy. Especially when I literally walked out of the store and came back five minutes after. Waited in line and went to the same cashier that checked me out. Explained that I had picked up the wrong size and may I please exchange it...NO!!! I guess I should apologize for picking up the wrong size. Smh 🤦 because thats all I got from your staff sorry NO!!! I expected better treatment for customers that love Daiso. Im not the type to make a scene. But seriously reconsider some of your policies and treatment of customers.

They are only letting a few people in at a time at the Alameda location. But pretty much found what I was looking for.

This store shines for plastic storage containers. You can also get some sundries, odds and ends for the kitchen, bath and home. Dirt cheap prices.

It overstocked for the holiday and long cashier lines: regular item from the original opening are still low prices not the new items which are lacking a color pallet which Daiso is know for (pink, reds, greens, yellows and traditional cultural icons Seeing sets (groups)of items in varies sizes, varieties of differ kitchen utensil utilitarian arent present. I hope that they stay with the traditional merchandise that brought all of to love going Daiso and its prices.

Love, love Daiso! Great finds at very reasonable prices! Almost like a Japanese dollar store. The atmosphere is very nice and clean unlike other dollar stores. It can be a little crowded sometimes because so many people like to shop here. Definitely worth checking out!

Great place, lots of things to get and very kind workers

Daiso for many of you who are not familiar with the retail store is a version of $.99 or cheap outlet but focus on Asian product from overseas. This however doesnt mean that their products are all $1 dollar, the prices here varies but there are a lot of bargains to be had especially if youre a student or college student where you just might find that a lot of things here can come in handy. Good clean overall facility, nice staff and a lot of knickknacks that you might just pick up along the way.

Love, love, love Daiso! Three words Ginger chew candys. + Im a fine to extra fine point pen girl. So if youre like me youll be in love too. Tip: Do yourself a favor and bring a few bags. Youll thank me later, cause trust me youll find more than enough to fill them up.

I love this 1.50 Japanese store! You can find things for the home, food and snacks, socks, paper products, ramakins, etc. Some items are higher than 1.50, but they are marked with the higher price. This visit I did find a rubber topper for my cup to help keep my hot drink from cooling off too fast while in my cold office.

Cool store! Everything was 1.50 unless marked otherwise. But everything was reasonable. Lots of neat gadgets and snacks. Picked my daughters up lots of goodies. Cute cute store

There is one employee there that is very rude. I reported him twice. Also they dont do anything about customers staying 6 feet from each other nor people who dont wear their mask right.

I love the Daiso Japan store. Its my quick go to store for fun/cheap items. They are not as cheap as the dollar tree, but they do carry a large variety of of inventory that makes them stand out.

Average dollar store ( overpriced)

Surprisingly good selection and quality for the prices. i am a big fan of the kitchen stuff here. you can find decent silicone cookware and specialized utensils for cheap. most of the measuring stuff is metric, though, which is ok with me, but not for everybody.

We love Daiso! You cant beat the prices and you can spend hours just looking at the inventive people in Japan create. Prices are good that you dont feel bad about not being able to return anything. Make sure you bring your reusable shopping bags because you wont be able to carry your purchases in your bare hands!
