My experience with picking glasses has always been in an exhausting task. I went in there prescription in hand and this lovely lady Mariana Help me to find a pair I love. She was so sweet and so patient. And I appreciate how sanitary They are during this time. It was such a fun as experience for me I definitely will be back.

Honestly best customer service EVER!! I was personally helped by studio on arrival but the whole team is amazing, phill is great as well. I definitely recommend, even after a little store power outage they were nothing but great. I’ll definitely be back!!

I was in Alameda last week and wanted to peek at some frames. I overheard the employees interacting with customers and immediately made an appointment to come back. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They made shopping for glasses fun! They put you at ease and give great suggestions and service. I’m never going anywhere else again!

Went i for an eye exam to in search for some new glasses too. Eye exam it self was good the Optometrist was very nice and informative how ever Phil the customer rep at the front there was very rude.. i was looking at glasses and i happened to grab some Coach ones and he literally told me those were really expensive and gave me price examples as if I couldnt afford them... i am obviously aware of the price and if I couldnt afford them I wouldnt be trying them on... he also kept giving small remarks through out and made it clear to me more than once that I could only try 6 at a time which i had no problem with but he was visibly getting upset that i kept looking and trying on (all within the 6 at a time limit) oh and did I mention he told my husband he could try 12 at a time.... He made the whole experience very uncomfortable that i told me husband I wanted to leave and just go elsewhere to buy our lens & frames... wont be coming to this location anymore.

Target Optical was incredibly convenient and a great value especially on Ray Ban frames. The service was great and they have up to date technology. Also the exam in the store is very convenient.

I have been looking for a optical place for over a year. The last two optical places didn’t satisfy my needs. Target optical treated me very well. The eye exam was very extensive. The receptionist and Mr. Phil was very knowledgeable about the eyewear that was on display. The location was very clean. All of the optical team and the manager was wonderful. I have found a home for my beautiful eyes. I also like the eyewear selection. I found two frames that fit my style and fit me very well. Target optical received five stars because they treated me like I was part of the family.The atmosphere was very relaxing.

I had a great experience here. It was a super easy eye exam and everyone was very kind and helpful. It only took 20 minutes to get the prescription and the exam done. It was also cheaper than I expected, which I was worried about since I dont have vision insurance.

Ive been here with my mom, my son and for myself and Ive always had a great experience. The front office staff are very friendly, yet professional. The 2 doctors I saw were very knowledgeable and offered great advice. They answer questions without making you feel stupid for asking. Great environment, great people.

I could not have been more impressed. I did not even know that Target had a optical dept. I broke my glasses this morning and only had a 10 year old pair (of about 3 prescriptions ago) as back-up. When I researched on-line and found Target and the overwhelmingly good reviews on Yelp I decided to try them. Stephanie was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. AND while she said they did not have any glue, if I bought super glue she could fix mine temporarily. Which she did - Now if I am careful they will hold together for the 7 to 10 business days until I get my new ones. Much better than the double vision with my old pair. AND PRICE $254 - I paid Kaiser $360 for these glasses 14 months ago. No I did not buy there warranty so I had no choice but to get a new pair. I highly recommend them.

I had bent eye frames, a missing screw and side bridge pad, warranty expired - I had limited time and no appointment though I took a chance to see if I could be helped. All staff was courteous, they thanked me for my long wait as they helped other customers - the shining star was staff member, Studio, who repaired my glasses right away, no charge. Unexpected, but needless to say, I was so very grateful. Thank you Studio!/Target Optical.

I waited 1.5 hours for a two minute appointment with the doctor, who said he would order contacts for me. Weeks later I still have not heard from them about the order. I have called twice about the status and each time told the doctor would call back, which he never has...

My experience with the Doctor and staff is always good they are friendly which is what I like.The only reason I gave them a 3 star is because I have came twice and both times my prescription has not been done correctly. I always make sure to ask for anti-reflection on my glasses and both times it has bot been placed.. so I end up waiting longer for them to be recieved.Im currently still waiting on them to call me for my glasses to be ready, and it has been 3 weeks now. I went in on 1/23 for exam. So if you want a come here you have to have a lot of patience. Lol

Called upon their posted opening hour (10am) they didn’t answer. Called five times still no answer, so I drove down there just to receive a rude attitude from the front desk girl. Avoid them.

Totally wasted part of my Sunday, got a sitter to come out to alameda and these folks cant even open on time.If they cant be responsible enough to show up on time Im not going to trust them with my eye health.
