Big warehouse with a variety of items. We went here looking for couches but it’s hit or miss. Prices are still a bit high considering it’s an item they’re trying to get rid of. Some couches are stained and dirty but a lot are in great condition. Some cushions are more compressed or flat than others so be diligent when looking for items to purchase.
This is a great source of inspiration for home design mavens who are on a budget, or those enjoy the thrill of hunting a bargain. There were a large amount of decorative objects that were new in box, or pieces just barely imperfect. Not a lot in the way of glassware or dinnerware at the time I went, which was only a mild disappointment. What I really came to look for was larger furniture pieces, and this is really where the mixed results comes in. There were a lot of smaller pieces that were in good shape, even a few shelving units of discontinued styles. Many of the sofas were in reasonable good shape as well. The majority of the larger dressers and chests (which is what I came for) were in pretty rough shape. Now I know that some people are willing to sand and refinish pieces to get what they want, but these prices were too high even for that. $900 for a deeply gouged dresser, $750 for a buffet with a smashed up side and bent legs, and $500 for a bar chest with door that would have to be completely replaced. In all, while there were a lot of great things to see, this is really an outlet for decor items, and the furniture is really almost entirely scratch-and-dent pieces. I share this not to discredit or defame the company, but to help others set their expectations of what they will find when they arrive.
Kind of a fun place to check out all of Pottery Barns discontinued and clearance stock. They have everything from bed frames, dressers, couches to lighting, picture frames and pottery. Bring a truck and theyll help you load large items from their warehouse door on the side. Staff is not necessarily customer oriented, but theyre knowledgable and will help you if you ask. They do have specials, which are posted as you enter the store.
Nice location, super friendly staff.Happened upon this location on a whim while on the old naval air base/near the USS Hornet. Large warehouse, evenly organized, very helpful staff. They have things for all aspect of your home, including deck furniture. Some items are as-is, some items (like the rugs) they have new and wrapped in the back. Theyll even help load it into the car. Discount ranges from 40-60% off, and items are clearly marked. Great deals on all their items. The deals change weekly. Worth checking out if in the market for a couch, or chairs. They do have *some* linens, but they looked to be pretty picked over. The best part about this place is the furniture.
V expensive for an outlet center $600 bar stools...$500 sheet sets? Even with 40% off you can do much better elsewhere. Would have been 1 star but the staff is so friendly had the give them an extra one
Worth the drive! I found my backordered mirror new in a box for 40% off. (Score!) So many great furniture peices. Bought a shelf that matches my boys bunk beds. Some prices were okay and some were outstanding. If you are in the market for any furniture make sure you measure your space before you go. Bring a tape measure with you as well. We will be back!
Much to pick from but if you’re not careful in what you pick you might get a damaged item or a stained one. A bit pricy and original prices seem to be exaggerated to make it seem like you’re getting a great deal as is the normal practice nowadays for several big box stores and online retailers. FYI, Social distancing is not followed in this store as aisles are very narrow and you have to squeeze by people if they’re looking at items. Overall it’s a good store with much to pick from.
The guys in the pick-up spot was just rude. Super picky about parking angles and such. Guess he likes to feel in charge. 😞 people to there for furniture 😁
Pottery barn has a nice variety of furniture, art, and decor. It is similar to an Ikea, with highs of prices for pottery barn being in the upper 2,000s to 3,000s and lows in the lower 100s. Pottery barn also has its own uniqueness, and wether you want to buy something or not, when in the area I recommend checking it out. It is also a great place to look when moving and needing to buy more furniture, or just wanting to change up your house a bit. Give it a try! (Though the art is not very unique, many are prints, and they are pretty expensive for what they are, thats why I took a star off.)
I was looking for months for an affordable small sofa bed couch for my extra room. Months. I finally found a sofa (West Elm Harris XL) that the manager just put on sale for $75! Yes, $75! It needs spot cleaning in the back, and I didnt need or want the chaise, but who can pass up a $1300 sofa for that price?
I probably should pause visiting- keep getting stuff every time I go inside. Its a good thing and more is always better!
Was negotiating the price of a tv stand with a sales manager, when he became verbally rude and walked away from us mid conversation. This was incredibly disrespectful. I could only describe him as a horrible person.
For the price .. its an awesome place .. just be prepared to have a bigger vehicle to carry stuff
Im not sure what the fuss is for. What am I missing? People from all around came to the outlet looking for the latest deal. But I didnt find any. I found largely overpriced items with a discount but still higher than reasonable. Whats the point of reducing a damaged sofa by 50% if the current price point is more than double what a reasonable new sofa should be.One sofa was $3600, 50% off, but the colors mismatched. Is an $1800 mismatched sofa really something to get excited about? I couldnt find anything worth considering.
Nice discount if you are not completist
Got a great price on the couch I wanted. The two hour wait policy for items with no tags is dubious, but Im my case it worked out.
Great selection of catalog returns and clearance items. Items are sold as is so there are some scratches and small stains on some items but not terrible. Bring a pickup if youre looking for sofa or table and friends to help load. Due to COVID staff cant help. Employees are very nice.
Not worth the trip.
Good furniture store with an assortment of merchandise. Theyre usually backed up with inventory because of the amount of shipments they receive but theres still a large amount of stuff laid out for customers to see and buy. Much of the furniture is kind of dirty or damaged, but they are discounted for their flaws and it is to be expected from an outlet warehouse. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even if sometimes you wont find the exact item youre looking for. They mainly sell rugs, couches, desks, a few beds, headboards, dressers, a bunch of random lighting, dining tables, dining chairs, mirrors, a few deskchairs, and some miscellaneous house decor or linens.
Prices to high, slightly damaged clearance goods
Best place ever! There are no guarantees when you come here, but if you do find a deal, it will be huge! They have constantly rotating inventory and deals, so make sure to check back often.
Fun place with great deals on a variety of different high end furniture brands. Can be a little slow to pick up items (they dont let you carry it yourself) but with patience you can find some great deals.
Praise be. I love this outlet. Peeps are nice, furniture is nice.If your item has a damage on it, be sure to call it out before purchasing. Everything is final sale, so dont impulse purchase. They used to have an in-house delivery but they got rid of it and wouldnt help in providing another service. So figure out your delivery options before purchasing something.
I was actually across the street and didnt know the warehouse was there. It looked great. There was great traffic in and out. I cant wait to go back and actually go in. I consider it a great find.
The entire team, Curtis and all, were amazing!!! On a cold and rainy afternoon in the warehouse, he and the team were sure to point out the coffee and tea station in the middle :-). My son actually had a bottle of water, a cookie, borrowed a blanket, and curled up in a chair while I shopped. We have a blank slate in our house after donating furniture, so I needed a sofa, rug and entire dining set. He and Alexander (is that right, the rug guy) found exactly what we needed and were happy to tour the entire warehouse to be sure we loved what we chose. I also was super happy to find out about the Rewards Certificates that we could earn by having a PB account/ credit card. Signed up on the spot! Now my next dining chair could actually be FREE with as much as we earned. Its well worth the drive and withstanding the freezing temps (warehouse door must remain open ... ) because the whole team makes it fun and enjoyable. These guys need a bonus for working in such crazy weather conditions all day !
I understand that warehouse sales are usually damaged goods, but the prices they are asking for busted PARTICLE BOARD furniture is insulting. Do yourself a favor, just buy new from Target for the same quality of goods, for a fraction of the price. This visit was a huge waste of time.
Really expensive (same as the store unless it’s severely wrecked-we’re talking rips and big stains) and everything is damaged. Also, I believe nothing is returnable. It does not make sense to buy anything there. The only positive thing is if you want to order a couch (and I mean just a couch, not other furniture) and it’s the closest Pottery Barn, it’s a good place to go and test drive. Order the swatches online.I did notice an over abundance of beds made out cloth and almost none in wood or metal.
Great selection. Yes some broken stuff but they mark it down further for being broken. It’s an outlet, you have to expect some of that. We got a brand new couch marked way down. Go on a weekend when they have an additional markdown - this weekend was additional 40% off everything. Probably not worth it if they weren’t running this extra deal. Just call ahead. Staff was fantastic as well - just be nice, and realize you’re not in a pottery barn retail store at the mall!
Went in there to drop a load of furniture that I had picked up from Richmond. Guys unloading were very nice and friendly. Peaked inside the building and they had mad furniture for sale on discount. Only thing though even after discounts, most of the stuff was in thousands of dollars. I mean... Damn..
Both times Ive visited I have been very underwhelmed at the quality and pricing of furniture available here. Most of the items are extensively damaged and only slightly discounted. Their only redeeming factor were the rugs - they had a small selection that were not damaged (as far as we could see) that were discounted about 50%. I so wanted to find good bargains here but no such luck. Oh well.
Obviously since its a warehouse selection is limited. The prices are hard to beat though for what you are getting. Best is to come for kids bedroom stuff and headboards. We didnt like the sofas offered here but others might like the styles. Gotta come back frequently to get lucky.
Lots of great deals on lots of Pottery Barn Furniture: Sectionals, Sofas (mostly cream or white), coffee tables, rugs of all sizes and designs, some dining tables and lots of fabric dining chairs. Good selection of PB Teen and Kids Beds, cribs and dressers. Selection is replenished at the close of each day so arrive at opening for the best selection.Parking is not ideal. The main lots are far away and sometimes cars get blocked in. There are well signed ADA spots and a loading area as well as some clearly marked no sale parking areas but the staff who direct parking seem to randomly let some people park in the available spaces along the building but send others away. Management could do a better job making sure that it is more consistent.Delivery is available and the staff that helps you load big items have all been amazing and helpful!!-1 star for the grumpy and inconsistent parking staff.
Busy, I think need to be an older white lady to get any help in this store.. all good but they know how to get attention. Im a guy Im lost .. lol.
This is an outlet lover’s paradise. Dinged, damages, returns - you have to look carefully but this could be the place to bargain hunt that could lead to what you didn’t know you needed. After Christmas 50% everything sale / happy holidays! Overall though the prices arent bargains unless you usually pay PB full price.
I didn’t see anything I would buy, stylistically or price wise. The condition of some of the furniture for sale was also surprising.
This place makes no sense. Everything is still very expensive despite being damaged and dirty. If you want to pay $1,000 for a cabinet with a glass front that’s been smashed out, or a dresser that’s been dropped so that the trim is broken off, then you’ll love it here.
It was very disappointing. The furniture is dirty, damaged, and some even broken. The prices are outrageous. They cost more than ones online. Then the slap 40% discount. It is a rip off.
Spacious place with lots of open box furniture from Pottery Barn and West Elm. 40% to 60% discounted price for rugs, sofas, couches, dining tables, bookshelves, bed frames, chairs, lights, outdoor furniture, etc. all furniture are sold as is. check before you purchase. some damaged furniture.
The outlet can be interesting and its possible to score something cool. But you need to know its likelier youll just be cruising row after row of shopworn or broken and dirty rejects some of which are shockingly expensive
Fun place to shop.
AWESOME. best. furniture. outlet. organized, and easy to navigate, plenty of parking. must move your own furniture same day, which may be a challenge if you have a small car. its a treasure chest, and hit or miss since inventory constantly changes.
Got a PB sofa sleeper and PB entertainment console. Good quality as expected. Sales staff were helpful and they wrapped and protected well the sofa. If you dont have your own truck, be ready to pay Lugg which is not cheap.
Great deals! Some things do have some damage, such as chips or nicks in the wood or marble. Everything is sold as-is. If you dont mind walking all the aisles, you can find some hidden gems! Ill definitely go back again!
Fun to browse but hard to find something specific.
Mostly full priced items, damaged and then offered at -40% off. Not worth it IMO. Used to be better.
Every time we come here its a new adventure. So many great finds! We just remodeled our bathroom because of the great vanity that we got here!
Neat place to wander through and look for a deal. We didnt buy anything our first trip but Ill likely be back next time I need some discounted fancy couches or dining room tables. They have rotating deals on certain items.
Confirmed this place is a joke. $1000 dressor marked down to $749 and it has mismatched doors of different colors and scratches. Not even worth browsing just for fun. Better off at a flea market.
Not an authorized outlet. Check pottery barns website. Decided to try anyway - drove a significant distance and apparently today is their annual inventory day. They sat some poor girl out front to apologize for not having ANY way to notify people theyd be closed and hand out 15% off coupons that are ONLY GOOD NEXT WEEKEND.Asked to speak to a manager to understand why theyre not on Pottery Barn/William Sonoma etcs authorized outlet list and she said well we just got renewed. I asked why if theyve been around for ages and are authorized why they dont have phone or any way to get in touch and she WALKED AWAY.Doesnt matter to me how good the prices are - when you treat people like this before they give you money the quality cant be there and you know they wont stand behind any of it.
Helpful staff, lots of items, many not damaged, can be overwhelming. Found a great rug here at 80 pc off!
At first we were excited about discovering this place when we were in Alameda for the flea market, but its really just full of highly damaged old junk and pounding dance club music. Not worth the trip at all, especially because the prices arent even that great considering most of the pieces are borderline unusable.
Mostly damaged stuff thats selling for too much given its so damaged. Not really outlet honestly
Great prices. Some items, if you are big at DIY projects, are so ideal for touch ups. For instance there was a $19.99 couch section that could be used as a big lounge chair that just needed seat covers! Get deal!
Lots of good nice furniture, good pricing, helpful staff
A lot of junk headed for goodwill here—don’t bother unless you live within 10 minutes. Stained upholstery, broken hinges, gouges on tables, dusty rugs. Garbage.
Nice big store but it was quite hard to find help. We had to wait a while to ask simple questions. The furniture there isnt that great. Lots of damaged items. Im there are also a lot of stacked boxes so be careful when with kids.
Very good
Shoe stains on couches. Looks like they bump up the prices to make it look cheap. They have most left over part pieces of sofa sectionals. But if you dont mind stains, by all means
Good place with a good selection of items but has no delivery service of their own.
Very large and interesting - great prices and helpful staff :)
Still very expensive for an outlet with mismatched offerings. They could do better seeing how there is over 1000% market up on this stuff being manufactured in third world countries....
Amazing selection and even better prices!!! Staff is super helpful as well!!
Lots of damaged goods. Price are good but not for dirty and broken stuff. Kid footprints all over sofas, etc.
They had great deals on furniture and home accessories we really like.
Unless you live in the area, dont bother.the choices are ok but not the best.they mark up what they say is the retail price.i checked online afterwards and it was cheaper to buy it online! and it had free shipping!they also dont deliver so you have to pick everything up yourself.there is a 3rd party delivery service if you want to get it delivered.
Don’t bother coming here. everything is marked as 60% off but the prices are all marked up 200% from list retail price so really you’re only saving like maybe 5% and the selection of furniture is mostly damaged goods.
Mostly Pottery Barn and little West Elm, Williams Sonoma. Since West Elm is mostly my aesthetic, this was disappointing. A few bargains but lots of expensive pieces for what you get.
Its a cool place to just window shop, but hoarders stay away. :)
Good products for high prices. some great stuff.
Go early on Friday morning; theres still a lot to choose from.If you wait until Sunday, as we did our on first visit, its too late -- pretty picked-over.
Save yourself the trouble. Its disorganized and no customer service
Definitely not worth the drive. Overpriced, dirty and broken items abound.
Its hard to find what you want. Furniture ranges the gambit. Lits of sectional sofa pieces.
This place is full of literal trash marked at $1k+. Do not bother unless you want something that wouldnt even sell in a second hand store.
Cool selection but prices are still quite high.
Not very low prices. A lot of dirty and broken furniture. Disappointing.
Havent been to Pottery Barn in about 15-20 years. Although, great store and slightly on the expensive side.
Everything is below retail price and right now everything is 40% off the price of the items outlet price. Things, many things are still expensive, but many great deals are found at the outlet near the Alameda naval Base.
Its fine. Not a lot of style variety.
I expected more selection and bigger discountsOh well.
Dont waste your time going here.
Lots of badly worn overpriced merchandise. a waste of time
Lots of broken, parts missing, extremely dirty chairs and couches priced at full, with 40%-65% off.A waste of time, IMO.
It was awesome
Cool space but does have some broken, stained items so make sure you check things well!
Drove from Sacramento today to find the store closed. The Pottery Barn representative stood outside the entrance to let people know they were closed today for inventory. When I explained that their website said they were open, she responded that they advertised on social media it was closed; however, none of their social media says they are closed today. Disappointed to have driven so far to turn around & drive home empty handed.
Huge warehouse with a large selection of furnishings to choose from at reduced/sale prices.
Lots of furniture in lots of styles for all purposes including dining, bedroom, living room, area rugs, etc.. Some are damaged, some are new in box, some are floor models. Prices are less than youd pay originally, but not as deep a discount as I might expect.
Great deals and alot of selection!
Some really good deals on a good selection of furniture and rugs
Can always find a gem or two in the warehouse.
Excellent variety but prices are still too high considering the pieces are often damaged. I would say only go here if you specifically want these brand names and nothing else will do.
Great bargain finds, depending on the stock and what youre looking for.
This place is a hit or miss
