In my opinion they are a little pricier than most storage facilities.. You get what you pay for. They have 24 hrs surveillance, the facility is completely fenced with gated 24 hr pin code access and the location is very convenient. The staff are friendly, fair and live onsight in the case of emergency or lock out. When first month is free and as long as you pay your monthly bill on time there are never any hidden fees.

Kim was great in the office. But the online sign up was not working and I had call and go in. But once at the office the sign went smoothly. My unit is dry and clean. They also sell everything you need at a reasonable price.

This is the best place to rent storage space. Ive used it a couple of times to store stuff because I live in a small apartment and there arent enough closets to put stuff that I dont use often. Im kind of a pack rat...a well-organized pack rat. I found the services here to be professional and reliable. You have access to your stuff 24/7. This is a great feature because you pay rent to store your stuff therefore you should have unrestricted access to your stuff.Friendly helpful management. Property is nice and clean with a variety of storage options. They even rent out trucks. If you dont own one and need a truck to get some furniture moved, Shortage Zone accomodates.I highly recommend this location.

Very bad experience. People storing drugs in their units, nasty management, all kind of bugs in the units like spiders and roaches. Stay away from this horrible place! The site manager, Andrea Miller, is a delusional nut job, and the District Manager doesnt respond to tenents concerns. Hes lazy and will only go by what the manager tells him. Rent somewhere else for less money and get a better and safer place to store.
