They had my bike 2 months to fix charging issue, headlight issue and change tires. Picked it up an literally all they did was change the tires an charge my battery.. THEY HAD IT 2 MoNTHS an this isnt the first time dealing with this exact issue with them. I will never be back

Interesting experience. Took my bike there and it needed a lot of work. One guy called me in to look at the bike so I could see it and talk about it in person. Said it needed a lot of work but hed take care of it, and he did. Im grateful for him. Other people there seemed like they were just in it for the paycheck and didnt really care about the job or the people. Might have taken a little longer than I would have liked, but they also had to do a lot and order a tire so its understandable. Regardless they did a good job on my bike so 5 stars for that.

My husband has been counting on them to service his motorcycles for over ten years now and he would never trust anybody else to touch any of his bikes ever! Manual motorcycles has I believe the best prices in summit county on motorcycle repair, as far as I know. Also they have a good turn around time. The owner is also vary friendly. Also they sometimes will have used parts, so it can save you extra money when you are fixing your bike

Used Manuel for years. Most transactions had problems, and most parts they have gotten for me took 2-3 exchanges before I got the right part, but the price was unbeatable so I dealt with it. I would not have them wrench on anything though, they arent properly educated and dont know the different between the RIGHT way of being a technician VS being a wannabe backyard mechanic.I called up one day and out of nowhere was told my money aint no good here we aint got nothing for you and was hung up on. I went in person to talk to mark, the owner who Ive dealt with for years, and he told me that he believes I was talking sh|t and not to come back.I never had said any negative about them. Bunch of idiots - they just lost my years of continued loyalty. Thanks for nothing.My suggestion: go to school and get a proper education for what you do for a living. Youll learn a better way of doing your job, then get rid of the kids working there and hire grown adults with actual education and real work experience... This hobby is dangerous enough as it is without a bunch of uneducated hacks making it worse by back yard fixing our vehicles

Ive had work done on my Goldwing several times. Manuel installed brakes, all air filters, oil change/filter, tires, battery, and other maintenance/repairs. They have always been fair. If I have an issue they take care of it. Also, they seem to get work done quickly and professionally.

If youre looking to have any work done on your bike, get a dealer quote then head to Manuel Motorcycle to get it done for half. Rubber city wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace my front tire. I was able to buy the tire myself and have the folks here swap out and balance it for so much less money.

I paid $167 for key ignition with key and the time I received it was fast but the part dont work I ben texting him on ebay I laid $135 Change things over what I brought them and they scammer all the way very bad buyers beware 👎👎👎

My motorcycle (2000 CBRF4) was misdiagnosed. I was told I needed a new engine. After selling it dirt cheap to a Honda tech he replaced the cheap R/R I had on it and the bike ran good as new. My loss was his gain.

They are fairly priced shop and do a pretty good job.. Just on insurance did I think I was over charged.. But I know the guys..

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION......I had the worst experience at this place. When I first called I was told that they had a (complete running) motor, when I got there surprise no motor just pieces of what I called for. Then against my better judgment I agreed to let him put a motor together for me for a $200 deposit. I was told on Friday they would have it ready on Monday, so I called on Monday. They said it wasnt ready yet because they was trying to track down the carbs, they said to call back Tuesday. When I called Tuesday still no luck, call back Friday they said. I decided I had enough with this place so I said I wanted my deposit back, and the owner told me that I was putting him in a tight spot because some of the parts he used for my still not complete motor he had to take off of eBay, and he had already had labor in this motor. So I agreed to only getting back $150. My thoughts are if you tell someone that you have what they are asking for, then turns out you dont then tell that person they will have it ready on this day yet again you dont then tell them to call back at the end of the week, maybe you shouldnt be in business........ a little honesty, and integrity would probably help.

If the man child sporting an upside down visor and cubic zirconium earings doesnt scare you off then youll be welcomed into a 10 x 4 ft room with crudely constructed salvage bikes. Ask either of the apathetic twits behind the counter for a part and theyll lie and twist your arm about fit and price. I came in today with experience in mechanics, money in hand, and 4 parts in mind but purposely left empty handed in detest and disgust. Ill gladly drive 40 minutes out of the way to hit the next parts store.

It started out well. I ordered my exhaust and they took my money right away. I got a confirmation on the 12th that my order will by ready and shipped by Aug 15th. 2 days passed from the 15th, still nothing. I messaged the seller. called a few days later messaged again. It is now the 31st after about 4 or 5 emails, I have yet to get any email back. They did however refund my money even though this isnt what I wanted. Oh on top of that I called and he said he mailed out all of the Bonanza orders, but clearly that was a lie.4 months later, still no reply or apology. Ghost!!!!!
