Holeshot KTM is a fantastic dealer, very friendly and SUPER knowledgeable! Both Denny and Candy make you feel like KTM royalty! I’m not entirely sure why the gentleman said they do not Warranty motorcycles that are not purchased from Holeshot?! Denny went “above and beyond” to take care of my Warranty issue, my bike was also purchased from another dealer. My only regret? Not purchasing my Super Duke from Holeshot to begin with!

KTM has a legend of a dealership in Akron, Ohio. Holeshot KTM is an exclusive KTM Dealer. They stock KTM parts & gear. Holeshot is the only 9 year Orange Certified KTM Master Tech Service Center in Ohio. Denny Laidig is the owner/ master tech. They are located 45 minutes from KTM North America. Holeshot hosts annual demo rides both dirt and street. This shop is over flowing with everything KTM. They are a full line dealership. If you have never been there it is a treat to just walk into the place and talk to Candy & Denny.This is not a big box store. This is a really knowledgeable cool specialty KTM shop. When buying a new KTM from Denny you need to know that prior to you picking up your new KTM Denny has put 8-10 hours in prepping out your bike. Picking up your new KTM expect Denny to spend one to two hours with you going over the entire bike to assure you know how to maintain your KTM. They are both passionate about the sport and about KTM. Denny is involved with his riders. He has planned rides year round.They are located between three major interstates so getting there is easy. Every time I go to this dealership for parts I walk out with everything I need. Candy & Denny are attentive to details and to their KTM Riders. Check them out!

Strange to read the post about Denny not doing warranty work. Denny has always done my KTM warranty work & regular service for many years. Doesn’t matter where I buy my KTM either. I only trust him to do the work. I travel from West Virginia to Ohio for KTM services. He has never let me down. The guys I ride with also depend on Denny for regular service work and their warranty concerns. So Keith either has a screw loose or is not telling the truth here. I know for a fact Denny is known all over the country for his expertise with KTM. If you want it right you go to Denny.

I hit the jackpot when I found Holeshot KTM. Denny and Candy are two of the best people I have ever met. I have not seen this kind of service since I was a child. I walked in as a guy with a broke bike and left with two new lifelong friends. Top that.

I purchased a brand new KTM from a different dealership when I went here to get my warranty work. I was told by the owner they dont do warranty on bikes that are not purchase there.This doesnt make much sense to me would be like buying or Chevrolet from a dealership out of town in having to get warranty repairs in a different city in them telling you we wont-work on it because you didnt buy it from us.Wondering why I didnt buy it from them? There were $2000 more and refused to negotiate. My advice look elsewhere.

Great place for getting parts fast and easy, always willing to give info to work on your own bike. Only place I go.

Asked for two weeks to see a bike that they said was still In the box told me that they will not take it out unless I am going to buy it. Very rude and very lazy workers. I would be embarrassed if these guys worked for me.
