Although the service is good, the credit/payment department is a mess. I went in to my local branch to pay my bill. I paid the bill and 3 weeks later they are telling me they cannot find the payment.They are holding up my final invoice payment on a large job. It has now been 2 days and no help to resolve the issue. Contractors beware. This is a large national company with a lot of red tape to deal with. You are not actually dealing with the local branch, you will be dealing with a big company. Maybe too big for their britches. Continued....Ultimately, they did take care of things. Major pain though.
