We called ahead to make sure they were willing to sell a part to the public vs contractor and we were told no problem and to come to the akron store. when we got there we asked for help from 2 different people to locate the part, one waved us to the desk saying she was busy, the guy behind the desk wanted to know what business we were with. When we said we were not with a business, he wouldn’t even come out from behind the desk to help. he said they didn’t carry the part without even looking in his computer. unfriendly store, disappointing experience. i do not recommended and will not be back.

The man did not have the odd sized drain I needed so he suggested a competitor. He also recommended a good plumber. Great customer relations...so professional!

Destiny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as she took us around the showroom. She answered all of our questions and had tips to make our shopping trip more successful. The showroom is beautiful, clean, great lighting, lots of products to see.

A good supply house. They usually have the materials I need, if they dont they can normally get it by the next morning.The people are always friendly and eager to help you with hard to find items.

This is a very good plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning supply store. The workers seem to be very knowledgeable about everything they have and if they dont have it for you they can help you find out who might have it. Great store, great customer service. :-)
