The pharmacy here is awful. It seems like everyone hates their job and they make you feel like a nuisance for picking up your prescription. They shouldnt even have the drive thru pharmacy because it literally takes a half hour in line to get your prescription even if theres only 2 cars in front of you.

The location is the only reason I go back. In 3 years and monthly prescriptions they have only done my order correctly once. I have gotten home with the wrong med/dose, usually incorrect charges. Last time I called in a refill and when I went to pick it up they filled another med, told I can wait another 20 min for their flub or come back in an hour. I have been in the drive thru and told to come in and then got inside and told I have to wait because they need to take care of the drive thru customers which was another 20 min. 20 min is usually my in store wait time too and same in the drive thru this weekend to find out my script was wrong again. I do not know how this pharmacy still does well other than the fact it is in a location that there are no other pharmacies. I hope they dont hurt someone someday.

This Rite Aid I enjoy going to I especially like thier cosmedic department they have a widevariety of cosmedicts...good sales and good customer service..

The pharmacy could use some people skills a lot of those females are just snotty.

I called Rite Aid and was on hold for more than 23 mins.There service seems to get worse each time

They get their resupply trucks on Thursday morning and have it out by Thursday night.

Stated online it 24 hours, it is Not.
