About a month ago the pin inside the charge port on my laptop snapped off. I took my computer to another shop in Akron and they said there was nothing they could do. I went to Professor Don next and will only go to him from now on for computer repairs. Professor Don researched the part I need and found it is extremely rare and very hard to get. Instead of giving up or giving me a line of BS he found a company in France that could rebuild the bad part. I really appreciated that he took the time to walk me through his thought process and show me why the part was so hard to find. Even though it took 10 days to get my laptop fixed he saved me hundreds of dollars.
