There is plenty of seating and a porch/ balcony seating area for outdoor seating. The prices are in line for a more high quality coffee shop. Be aware at this time traffic conjestion in the area because of the road construction... ITS BEST AT THIS TIME TO PARK BEHIND THE COFFEE SHOP.

Let me start by saying that I ordered delivery from DoorDash.. my contact phone number has changed … however it’s a chore to do it on DoorDash! So, that said. The menu is limited on there to have delivery. Understandable, can’t carry everything online. I ordered chocolate chip muffins today, a cappuccino and a hot chocolate. (Wow 🤩 I was surprised to see that they included a couple of extra treats) here’s the irony in this, I normally order from a different coffee place. (This morning I awaken to my kcup machine having an issue. Not wanting to do surgery on the machine so early on a Saturday morning…) I saw this place was fairly local and had a nice appeal to it.. decided why not. The order arrived… to my surprise there was a very nicely presented bix with my muffins and a couple of cookies? They were out of chocolate muffins. However, they replaced them with my absolute favorite ones, pumpkin! And added a couple of snickerdoodle cookies! If the option for pumpkin muffins were available I would have selected them. Like psychic!! The cappuccino is excellent, hot chocolate is rich and creamy with the perfect amount of chocolate! I couldn’t be more impressed! Five stars ⭐️ thank you for replacing!!

I stopped by here with my mom and sister during a trip to the area, and we had a wonderful experience! The people working were so kind and friendly, and even gave us a brownie to split. The ice cream was delicious. Would absolutely go back if Im in the area again.

It’s nice to see a trendy place like this in Springfield Twp! Amazing coffee! I had the spicy mocha, which was a delicious chocolate peanut butter cafe latte with cayenne pepper for kick. My wife enjoyed the honey almond iced latte, and was happy that they offered oat milk as a milk substitute. The interior is cute and cozy, and the little terrace on the back was a nice touch. We’ll be back!

MUST STOP HERE! What a wonderful gem hidden away amongst all the construction cones! Amazing coffee - try 2 shots over ice with some cream. Ice cream to die for - rich, creamy, decadent! Atmosphere is relaxed, super friendly staff, and a great place to relax. They’re inspired by hygge, a Danish term, and definitely put this on your list to visit for some fika! (Fika is Swedish for a coffe and pastries with friends).

I am lactose intolerant and coffee gives me the trots. But when it comes to Therapy Ice Cream and Coffee Bar, I dont care. I indulge in these digestive vices of mine and head to Target because of their ultra-clean facilities. Speaking of ultra-clean facilities, Therapy Ice Cream and Coffee Bar is immaculate with wonderful staff.

First time stopping in. A small quaint establishment family owned and ran, the young gentlemen behind the counter was well spoken and quite witty. You can try all 36 flavors if you must. And easily the ice cream around. The coffee was hands down better than drunken Tim Hortons and Starbucks. Support local businesses!

Therapy is my new favorite ice cream place! I’m new to the area and wanted to try to find local places for ice cream and coffee. Ralph and Will were so welcoming to everyone who came in. They are very personable and take the time to get to know their customers, cracking jokes the whole time. The café is incredibly clean and there are so many flavors to choose from. I will definitely be back soon to try more. They recommend the Affogato so next time I’ll go back and try that! If you want to feel like family and have a smile brought to your face, please visit this café! Seriously, their ice cream is so delicious!

I’ve been wanting to try Therapy Ice Cream & Coffee, but just hadn’t gotten around to it … mostly because of the road construction on Route 91. Well, today was our 45th anniversary and I decided we were going there for dessert! It was FABULOUS! The ice cream was delicious and Rick loved the espresso, but even better was the hospitality and service! Unbeknownst to us another couple paid for our ice cream! ❤️ And, before we left, the owners gave us some cookies to take home! 😋 We will go back and we recommend this place to anyone who likes ice cream, coffees, and friendly, caring people. 😍

What a fantastic little place in Ellet. I go here all of the time with my kids. The ice cream is fantastic, the workers are friendly and accommodating, and they make great coffee. Cute and small. The parking out front can be tricky (while they are working on the street) but there is a small parking lot behind the building.Their landscaping is adorable and there are lots of tables outside that you can use to eat at. Some of the best ice cream that Ive ever had.

I absolutely loved this place, everything from the family that owns it to the clients. Everyone are extremely nice. They have helped me try a new drink that I have never tried before. The price is very reasonable. As soon as I have walked through the door the smiles and greetings have sold me. There are times where people might smile too much just to sell and to do their job, however their smiles were sincere and filled with love for their job. There are 32 ice-cream flavors that are fun for families and they do not taste like cheep ice cream, they taste like quality. The expresso is also a high quality, full of coffee flavor. This is definitely a place where I will be stopping by again!

Ive had a lot of ice cream in my life and been to some pretty incredible ice cream joints around the country and the world. I didnt think another ice cream establishment could surpass any of what Ive been to already, but Therapy Ice Cream did. Wow! I had the most incredible milkshake with three different ice cream blends. It was by far the best shake Ive ever had. My partner had two scoops of two other ice creams and he agreed, hands down, the best weve had! Wow! Check this place out. Oh, and a special shout out to Chris for being so kind and welcoming to us! Cant wait to make it back to there hopefully this summer on another day trip from Toledo to Akron!

This place is wonderful! The peanut butter mocha was one of the best coffees Ive had in the Akron area, everyones just so friendly, and for looking so tiny on the outside the interior layout is surprisingly conducive to enjoying a coffee while maintaining social distancing.

LOVE this place! It’s small, which makes it quite cozy. I was afraid of bringing my kids in there at first (fearing they’d be too disruptive to other guests in such a small setting), but the owner made us feel so welcome. Even threw in a complimentary cup of milk to go with their cookies. Coffee & cookies are always delicious! It’s now a weekly outing for us!

When I walked in I knew I found a special place! Chris was friendly and talked about the daily specials and how many flavors they have. I tried the sticky bun iced coffee and was so happy when he asked me what kind of milk I wanted, they have a few options including oat milk! I cant wait to come back and try the ice cream!

I cannot share details of my experience for there are not words in the English language to describe this level of bliss and Nirvana. So kids, you have to go there and experience it for yourself.

Tonight was my very first time coming here and this is by far one of the cutest little places I think I’ve been In. The ice cream and coffee were amazing but the owners warms smiles and attentiveness is what made it best. I took my two toddlers with me as my oldest pointed it out on the way home so we stopped. They owner was so sweet to the girls letting them try different ice creams before they chose one and my hands were full when we were about to walk out and they helped me to my car. I would recommend stopping in and giving it a try! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful, independent shop! My wife and I stopped by on a spring Sunday afternoon and each got small cones that were quite generous in size (which we ate on their back deck). Plus they had a buy-one-get-one-free special for their cookies!

They can make you just about anything youd like. They also have a wonderful line of coffee and coffee beverages. Their cold brew is wonderful. They also have a wide variety of sugar free flavor options.

This place was an unexpected delight! The idea of espresso and ice cream at one stop was already extraordinarily appealing but the staff made the experience even better! I bought ice cream (great selection of flavors), coffee (tasty fun variations) & a pastry and they kindly offered me some free ice cream for my dog while chatting me up with fun conversation the entire time. I appreciated the fun decor and how neat and clean the business is. This place is on my favorites list!

Went on a Sunday afternoon for coffee with a friend. They have both ice cream and coffee!!! They have non-dairy options for ice cream and coffee which I appreciate! Its smallish on the inside but there is a patio deck outside. I imagine they could possibly winterize the deck if needed. My mocha coffee was amazing! I got a scoop of non-dairy vanilla that could have been sweeter but I enjoyed it. I will definitely return to this place

I visited Therapy Ice Cream and Coffee Bar for the first time this past Sunday. I had no expectations walking through the door, but was instantly blown away by the welcoming decor, friendly faces, outstanding coffee, super creamy and delicious ice cream, and incredible customer service. Ralph (co-owner) instantly made us feel like family and treated us like royalty. He went above and beyond the entire two hours we were there; remembering and using our names as if we were regulars, answering all of our questions, laughing at all of our jokes and just being genuinely hospitable. The attention to detail all around from the decor, to the conversation starters on each table, to remembering every name of every customer, to walking around the counter to hand the ice cream to someone, to making everyone feel special was phenomenal and very much appreciated! This is not just a coffee and ice cream shop, this is a place where days are turned around by the genuine people inside. Where it feels like you always have a place to call home. Where memories are made. And where bellies and hearts leave full. I live in Columbus where we have a coffee shop on practically every corner so I frequent a lot of random places, but Therapy by far blew all of the other coffee shops out of the water. This was hands down the best coffee and ice cream shop I have been and I feel blessed that I was able to spend a couple hours of my day smiling ear to ear and feeling a sense of normalcy after so many months of chaos and uncertainty. Ill be back for sure next time Im in town!P.s. It also didnt hurt that I had great company to enjoy every moment with.

Everyone should go and get a bit of Therapy, well that is if you love good ice cream. They have lots of flavor. The ice cream was very smooth with lots of flavor. I didnt try any of the coffee type drinks today but will be back soon to try those. Super friendly.Well I went back this afternoon to pick up an iced coffee and it was amazing. I worry about their location, because I have seen several businesses in and out of there over the years... however their coffee and ice cream is off the hook! Very good, and reasonable price.
