Matt is absolute superstar. His customer service is unmatched, and knowledge is top notch.

Matt Waris is a great host. Hands down the best lounge Ive been in. The folks that were present while I was there were very friendly and introduced themselves and conversated. Had a very nice time. Cigar selection was great and had something for every budget.

Im not a smoker, but the place is nice and the cigar room is nice. Its a chill spot, tucked in the corner, kinda hard to find, but those are my types of spots. If you like to smoke this is the spot. You can bring your own alcohol too.

They follow the Akron statue that nobody under 21 can buy tobacco and say it applies because bath is a suburb of akron. This is false the law states that it is only in effect within Akron city limits. I understand if you dont want to sell to people under 21 for moral reasons but at least be honest and know your laws. I will never patronize this establishment and if I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Havana House West is my home away from home. Matt (Cupcakes) and Josh always are a blast to hang with and smoke great cigars at great prices. This cigar lounge is one of the finest in NE Ohio. If you are a cigar or pipe lover you really need to stop in and visit this shop!

Really down to earth place, well run and a well stocked humidor. The gentleman that helped me was also quite nice and willing to lend advise. Overall a quality B&M I would recommend.

Always a relaxing time solo or a small group. Great selection for beginners who favor infused or some more mature palets of full bodied blends. Prices are fair and have a nice coffee blend available. Staff is easy going and not cigar snobs but helpful in all ways.

Several weeks ago I spoke with Josh over the phone and Matt in person. Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Cigar stories and historical anecdotes were shared. Bam-Bam and the others made me feel like a regular although it was my first visit. First impressions are lasting impressions. Thanks guys!

Excellent selection of cigars and great coffee. The lounge in the back has very comfortable chairs and three large TVs for your viewing. Get a great cigar and relax in the lounge!!

Horrible air quality in lounge, needs better air filtering system... cant breathe. Other lounges in area are much nicer to smoke in.
