Now she’s having the same problems for the same issue they supposedly fixed the first time. I stopped up there to speak with them and apparently they didn’t take heed of my presence nor seem to care. So i got my car from Makalaya and Ken about a week or two go and i must say the are good i would recommend anyone and i plan to come back if i need another car. I did have someone refer me to the so i check reviews that were good so came. I was there for awihile but that was because i didnt know what to get. We asked question they made sure i understood everything. We joked alittle and they were friendly and very helpful. I got affordable car that day when two other car lots was having trouble getting me unto something that day .

The whole sales process was great. However, I went to e check to get my car plated. I was told my check engine light was reset & i need a new catalytic converter. I also noticed they gave me two tires on the rear end of my vehicle that are completely warped. (Also the original tires that came with the car. 2017 tires) Extremely dangerous to be driving with considering I am 9 months pregnant. I was 8 months pregnant when i bought the car. I told stephanie when test driving I felt like something was wrong. She told me thats just how Nissians drive me being desperate and needing new transportation for me & my soon to be born child I caved in and left with the car that day. I have called & left a message with a few people. I have reached out via email & seem to not be getting a response. I also, asked for a copy of my sales contract with the bank that financed me just to not get a response from anyone at Squared Auto. I do not recommend this place. They take advantage of people when they are vulnerable. Please look else where for if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and even ran block on other customers trying to test drive my truck before I could sign the paperwork. Lol. Do NOT buy a car from here. The salesmen are sleazy and will lie right to your face. They will clear the CEL and say they “fixed” it just to make a sale. Was told the CEL was for an O2 sensor, had it tested myself and it wasn’t an O2 sensor at all, but an EVAP leak. Second day having the car, it wouldn’t start and we were left stranded. Simon was nice enough to allow us to return the car (which we greatly appreciated) but everything that followed afterwards was unprofessional. After waiting 3 weeks the bank finally received the loan payoff. The bank questions why didn’t Simon send it overnight with a tracking number. At the very minimum he was supposed to provide us with a check number. Mike was unable to give us that information and I was told to stop calling them for simply asking for the check number that the bank requested. Less than 5 minutes later Mike calls back and says that he spoke to Capital One on the phone and everything was handled. Meanwhile I was on the phone with Capital One and they did not receive any calls from Mike, nor was the situation handled. Simon put the wrong account number on the check and it was left sitting at the bank as unidentified. We were told 5 or 6 times that the check was cashed, which is impossible seeing as the account number was incorrect. Capital One says they will be flagging this business for unprofessionalism and the way they handle their customers that have loans. James and Mike will lie right to your face with a smile and as soon as they make that sale their entire attitude changes. Avoid at all costs.

Great experience, we were treated very fair and it was a very polite encounter.I recommend you drop in and check their stock for your next Car or SUV as they have a very wide selection with an on site mechanic that checks their stock and is available to answer questions.We are very pleased. They could have at least put the spare tire back in its housing in the trunk.😂 (jk) I got it back in there.. I’ve talked to a lot of dealerships, and this one is the only one that didn’t give me a run around or pillow talk to get me in to show me a car I didn’t want, very thorough, and honest! I do not recommend ANYONE spending their hard earned money here !! My GF & I searched for a dependable, reliable & spacious car for weeks ... weeks !!We finally stumbled upon a 2011 Buick Enclave CXL on “Squared Autos” website and we had to see it. So we drove 45 mins .Needless to say after 2 test-drives on 2 different days, we were sold !! We put down a decent amount of cash to make our approval better.We didn’t even have the car for a whole 24 hrs b4 it broke down on me in Pittsburgh which is 2.5 hrs from my apt in Wooster !!After sitting at a mechanics shop all week ... the mechanic came to the conclusion that the entire engine needs replaced !! 🤬The car is under warranty but after some of these reviews I’m not hopeful it’ll be in our favor . it’s just ridiculous that we trusted the Men here at Squared Auto to put us in a dependable vehicle after shaking our hands and accepting our hard earned money & we haven’t even be able to enjoyed the vehicle !!And I still hv to pay out of pocket for the diagnosis and battery replacement the auto shop did which totals around $450.00 😤 !!When I called to explain what happened It didn’t seemed like they gave a damn cause well they hv our money !!DO NOT SHOP HERE ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
