I purchased a warranty and upon my first time filing a claim. I was advised by ECP claims that no coverage existed for me. Apparently the dealership never forward my purchase to them. Therefor my claim was denied due to none payment. I would have been surprised, however the dealership did the same thing with my mechanical warranty. Filed claim it was denied due to non payment. The warranty in dispute is for paint and interior protection. I paid to have the exterior and interior coated for protection against harsh elements. Plus an additional warranty to cover any unforeseen incidents. I have reached out to the dealership over 2 months ago to start the conversation on a resolutions. I have yet to receive a call back. I requested a full refund for the purchase price of 600.00. I have made several calls some answered and other answered with a immediate disconnect. For some odd reason they have overloaded my email with advertisement for future purchase. Why would I give them the opportunity to screw me over again. Happy unsubscribe from the emailing list. I strongly feel they are taking advantage of the distance between my current location and the dealership. This was an out of state purchase and unable to drop everything to fly across the country to speak with them. I’m currently active duty

Being in the Auto industry myself most dealers try to play everyone on the value of their car. Ron not only took care of me with the correct values of my trade but gave me four grand more than I was expecting. Within 5 hours of looking at car I was driving my new one. The whole deal went extremely smooth oh, my time is very valuable and I hate nothing more than dealers that play you and play you and play you. If youre in the luxury car market I would highly recommend them.

Wasted over two weeks trying to buy a car from this joke of a professional business. I called 5-6 times a day and could not find anyone to finalize the sale. It was like pulling teeth to try and get them to take my money! Finally I spoke with the general manager Dalton after dealing with four other people. Had a contract sent with incorrect information, as this company tends to just change things and add more money that was not agreed upon and when you question it, they start to ignore you. I wonder how many people don’t read the fine print and are actually getting played by this company. Anyway, finally Dalton the general manager solidified the deal and said “congrats on the new car” and was supposed to send the correct contract. I thought I could trust the general manager, but to my dismay he lied and broke our agreement and sold the car to someone else who didn’t question his sketchy payments. I explained we had a deal, which he admitted, and told me if I pay more money I could get the car- HOW IS THAT REPUTABLE OR PROFESSIONAL. Gave me creepy sketchy vibes. For a man who promised to make it happen and made me promise four times that I would buy the car, for him to then go sell it to someone else for a mere $1,500 is pathetic and desperate. I guess they need the money but I would never jtrust this place. Please avoid and spend your money on a company with integrity and morals. This is not that kind of business.

Avoid this company at all costs. They will cut your throat and break a deal to save a penny. “General manager” made a deal and agreed on terms and stated he would send over the contract right away. Sold the car the next morning to someone who he did not have to pay for shipping. He offered to pay shipping on the car we had an agreement than tried to play dumb and said “he does not send contracts and he has so many employees it’s a first come first serve” dealership. He knew he had an agreement and told me if I wanted to pay the shipping I could get the car- the car he just told me was sold. Then got aggressive and belligerent on the phone. Admitted me had a deal and that he would resell me the car if I paid more. When I asked for the recorded messages and the owners name he told me “to go do my own research” and acted like a toddler. This company proclaims to be professional but they are greedy, grimey and have zero morals, integrity or honesty. I would highly recommend avoiding them!

All around great experience with Jomar.I was skeptical at first about purchasing online, but these guys are selling some quality vehicles.The only issue is the vehicle was delivered with an active telltale which will need to be taken into a dealership to fix.

After driving down to their dealership, I spoke with a salesman about a vehicle, he said it was in the back and he would go find it. he says its in the shop because there was an issue with and the entire front dash was ripped out. as soon as it was put back together he would give me a call. two weeks later I received a call saying that the car was sold for more than asking and if I was interested in something else. I didnt know it was an auction house. I was told I shouldve put a deposit down... On a vehicle that was in pieces... And not seen. Interesting way of doing business. Be carefulUpdate: the manager contacted me, and said staff member that called me was mistaken, and everything he said was incorrect. Hes going to disappoint him, and offer a possible deal when the become is ready. So Im. impending my start from 1 to 3

I love the car I found at Perfect Auto, and had a good buying experience, however with any used car there may be hidden issues. Mine is that after a couple of days the Check engine light came on and I have detected 7 diagnostic code errors present. I bought the car for a project, and Im handy with repairs, so Im sure Ill get it back on the road soon without too much major expense.

It upsets me greatly that I even had to write a review about my extremely poor experience. I have given this company many chances to make this right, but in the end they didn’t come through. Now I’m left disappointed with a broken vehicle that I’ve had to pour money into just to get it to a reliable state.My dealings with Perfect Auto Collection started back in mid May, when I was hunting for a BMW M3 convertible. My intent was to trade my older Porsche Boxster. I loved the Porsche, but wanted more room. So I spent a couple days driving back and forth from Lakewood to Akron test driving several of the options they had on the lot. In the end I settled on an E46 M3 that checked most of our boxes. I know what I’m getting into with older German cars as I currently own 4 Germans and have had E46s previously. In general I was happy with the sales process and didn’t have any major complaints.The problems started very quickly after I got the vehicle home. Within hours I noticed a small oil leak. Within a few days the small leak wasn’t small anymore, and another leak had formed from the rear differential, along with some loud clunking noises from the rear end. I emailed the company to see if they would be willing to investigate themselves before I took it to my mechanic, giving them a chance to make things right. They did take the car, but I wouldn’t see it again for nearly 2 months.Once they had the car it was determined that there was a leak from the rear main seal(!), which would require major service. From then on it was like pulling teeth to get any answers about the status of repairs. I consistently reached out to Ameer and Dennis weekly (admittedly sometimes a couple times a week) to get an update. Oftentimes I would get no reply at all, meaning I had to call to get someone on the phone, where I was still left with no answers on the status of repairs. I counted 5 emails that went completely unanswered by either Dennis, or Ameer. Not once was there any proactive communication.After 5 long weeks of this mostly one-side back and forth while getting no straight answers, we finally got some movement. They told me my car was ready. I had previously requested that they flat-bed the car back to me (to avoid mileage and potential damage from the drive), but now I was being told that couldn’t be done, but that they could have a porter drive it to me. Frustrated, I decided to just take the afternoon off work to retrieve the car personally. I showed up and was pretty quickly told they were working on finding the key. So we browsed around the showroom for quite a while. They never found the key. They lost the key to my car after having it in service for over a month. Assuming I would be leaving with my vehicle, I had sent my ride home back to Lakewood (nearly an hour away) much earlier. So adding insult to injury, I had no ride home.They offered to pay for an Uber home and for my dinner that night, and also to have the car delivered to me when it was ready. I did take a ride share home that night, and that ride gave me a lot of time to think about how terrible this experience has been. I’ve yet to be compensated for anything.A couple weeks go by and I’m just more and more frustrated. They told me that the locking mechanism on the drivers side door was broken, so they would fix that too. Great, but it feels like stalling! Once they got a new key, it spent some time at BMW to get reprogrammed (At least another week there).Finally, when the car was ready, I was once again disappointed to learn they couldn’t deliver it to me. I had to pick it up.I got the car back a couple of weeks ago and immediately I struggled to determine if they had done any work to it at all. It still leaks oil, presumably from different places (I hope). The door lock they said they would fix is still broken. The Driver-side speaker is not working. An ignition coil pack went bad and in the end I had to replace all of them. It’s almost worse than when I gave it to them. The only thing I have to show for this experience is a new key.Avoid.

Great experience from start to finish with Corey, Ameer and Alex. We hit a few snags during delivery of the vehicle from Ohio to TN which had absolutely nothing to do with them. Purchased my 2006 Cayenne Turbo at perfect auto collection, and let me tell you, what an amazing experience. I flew in Monday, and was picked up from the airport by the sales manager Ameer. As soon as I made it into the warehouse I was greeted immediately by Ron (Salesman), he collected the paperwork and assured me it will be processed within the hour. He gave the me the keys to their Maserati Gran Turismo Loaner Car and suggested a delicious restaurant in the heart of Akron while the papers were processing. Within 30 or so minutes he called me and tells me everything is ready to go. Packed my lunch to go and headed back, picked up my car and drove 1300 trouble free miles to my destination. Thank you so much for everything. Truly an amazing experience.P.S the owner was very nice and a real hard worker!

We bought our Audi A6 at Perfect Auto Collection in January and Ron was so helpful and attentive. He let me test drive several vehicles and was honest about each and every one. They provide CarFax for you on every vehicle you look at, he even offered to pay for an independent auto inspection at a place of my choice. He answered all my questions, and was great with my whole family. Its now May and I love my car more every day, have had no issues.
