They played all the games. Ended up getting a car and of course the check engine lights on not even 24 hours later. Buy as is. Your just as good gambling yourself at the auto auctions close by. Save your money here. Scammers. Lied on the title and contracts too.

Bought a car months ago from KB Auto, back in March before COVID hit. Was looking for a very specific vehicle and they were the only place that I could find one in good shape. I can not recall the salesmans name now but he was very pleasant to work with and made the deal and paperwork very painless. They have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, satisfying any budget, with financing options as well.

So I just recently paid my car off from K.B. Auto mall And they are just great!! Very very happy. At first I heard some good and bad about this dealership but I took my chances and it was honestly a good experience they showed me around and let me test drive a couple cars and were very patient and didn’t rush me at all and gave me tons of options. Before coming to KB every other dealership wanted to rush me in a certain car whether I liked it or not which bothered me. But anyways I’m very satisfied! I got my Honda Civic for a very good deal! Never truly fixed the problems I brought to their attention. Masked the fact of a check engine light with taking it off the battery. Needed an oil change added more oil they said which it didnt need. And W-D40d the gas cap which did not fix the solution. Im sorry I do not recommend. Over the course of about 3-4 days and they did fix a few problems but not the big ones.

Called in on 2014 chevy cruze was told had to set an appointment to get the car. had down payment to get the car the day we called, we drove for 1hr and 20 minutes and showed for appointment to get the car, car was already sold, was not contacted to unset the appointment very unprofessional company

Not reliable! You set up an appointment to buy a car, and upon arriving early you find out they sold the car the day before. Not good business ethics. Dont have the courtesy to keep their word. Dont have the decency to call and let you know they sold the car out from underneath of you.

Just bought a car a week ago, filled the gas tank for the first time and now have a $30 puddle of gas in front of my house... hopefully you care about your business and your customers and will rectify this situation when I call first thing in the morning... This has been a very disappointing experience, I cant believe a car would be sold that could not hold gas, I feel as if I have been scammed and am finding it very difficult to trust your dealership and employees

I recently purchased a vehicle from kB auto mall..very honest people and I that’s hard to come by when shopping for a vehicle..it was hard to find something to my liking but he was patient with me and didn’t force any kind of car on me..I would def go back and recommend them to my family and friends!!!! I love my car!!!

When I called before coming in, the woman on the phone was extremely unenthusiastic and sounded like answering the phone was the worst possible thing that could ever be forced upon her. Once we got there, we were not greeted for minutes and once someone finally helped us they couldn’t find the car I had called about 30 minutes earlier. Once I was able to test drive the car, the man on the test drive with us harassed me relentlessly. Making comments like “I’ve always had a weakness for red heads,” “Oh I’m kidnapping you guys now.” and more. He then proceeded to touch my arm multiple times and ask me questions about my piercings. Some of these things may have been in a joking manner, but it did not feel funny to me at all. I was very uncomfortable throughout the entire experience, from before I even drove there to the moment I left. Young women should be able to buy cars without the extra drama.

I hate dealing with used car lots but i honestly had a good experience bought a Nissan altima the car was nice very minor issues definitely worth it for the price i got it for.
