Easy transaction, cars good but I drove it for 50 miles and the change oil light came on so maybe make sure it gets done before you leave

Unbelievably HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Im from 2 hours away from there and was trying to help my daughter shop for a car. Her grandmother was actually going to pay for it. Gave them $500 on a cc to hold the car for a day and a half. He told me it was sporty and a little loud. After the test drive, we decided not to get the car. It was MORE THAN LOUD. 100% had exhaust issues. Since we would have had inspection and emission done in PA, we just couldnt take the chance on the car. They wouldnt give grandma a refund on the $500 and she stil continues to get food from the food bank several times a week. Real great human thing to do in the middle of A GLOBAL PANDEMIC! Go elsewhere, you will thank me later!

Had to give them a deposit to hold a vehicle since I was driving there from Pa. Didnt buy the car and they refused to give me back my deposit. What a ripoff. Turning them into the state so they can investigate them

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. A certain employee swindled my sweet grandmother. It was ridiculous.

I purchased a Toyota Carolla in the beginning of this year and have had no issues with it. I was referred by a friend when my Camry broke down and I needed a car ASAP. Great staff, good value, quality service!

The lady I talked with was majorly unprofessional! It was a two and a half hour drive there and once we got there she told me the car I was interested in was hot for sale even though I was looking right at it. She gave me no information and there were no salesman at the lot to talk to. If it weren’t by accident I wouldn’t have caught the manager on the way out. He told us the car needed work and they couldn’t sell it to us until they had finished and it would be done Thursday that week. We called Thursday and the same lady I previously talked to answered saying it wasn’t done and would be finished Monday. So I called Monday and the same lady picked up saying she wasn’t sure if it was done and that she’d call back as soon as she found it. She never called back so I continued to call her and leave voicemails but she did not answer any of the additional calls. I used my sons phone to call back for perhaps the 12th time and she answered immediately. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was one and that the car would be finished Thursday. These people are VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALER ONLY TO THOSE I HATE. I ended up purchasing a car somewhere else that same day.

Had me drive an hour to get there and no one was there. There were homeless people all over the place. There was evidence to suggest one had been sleeping in the car we wanted to buy! Drug den.....Avoid at all costs.

Went to place to purchase car and owner of the lot was the rudest person ever. I don’t advice anybody to step a foot on that lot to purchase car. They all have problems and he will not let u test drive unless I finance it. Rude lil man that I will smack tf out of if I seen him on the streets

These people are horrible! I bought a 2010 Mazda 3 from them. Loved the car, until they took it back! First off they never got me a memorandum title to get tags on the car! I drove this car for 2 1/2 months with tags from a 98 Dodge Dakota because I couldnt them switched without a title!!! They claimed this was LEGAL! 2nd, they took the car from me because the salesman sold me this car which was supposed to be $8,000.00 when I got approved for a $5,000.00 loan! How is that my fault??? They said I had to give them 3 grand to get my car back! After making my payment, down payment, and giving them a trade in I got NOTHING back! Scammers!! They will rip u off sooooo bad! Not to mention they threw away everything in my car after they took it! 😠😠😠😠😠

They are scammers!! Theyll sell you a car and then claim that the blank did not approve a loan, yet they will keep your deposit! Do not buy from them!! This place and the car lot theyre affiliated with- Summit Auto Sales are just thieves!

Bout a 2005 Cadillac from them and come to find.out the frame was Rusty and rotted and the vehicle is not save to drive😡😡. Found this out after I put large amounts of money into other repairs that I was not notified of at times.of purchase
