Very kind and friendly place however waiting for someone to come back so we could actually take the car we was buying home was a little ridiculous if there is only one person that can do the sale that person needs to be there should not have to wait 45 min and people have to call him in to do sale. I personally would have left but over all satisfied with the men that had helped us in the beginning of the sale.

This place is a scammer especially robert i bought a car from him well the cars nice but he promised something now wants to bring personal family problems into it then takes it to a muffler shop that dont deal with o2 sensors boy thats messed up

They were very nice for a couple months. Literally nicest car guy in the Burgh even Took both my cars there too. My 300 started shaking so I called them and they said they thought they knew what was causing it to shake and they Could easily fix it. Once I got it back the next day the shaking was worse! Way worse!! I called at least 10 times Over 2 weeks and the owner stopped picking up! He had his employees pick up when I called and say he was on the other line but they only have one phone so then they just kept sending me to voicemail! I thought we had a good car guy -customer relationship but clearly that was just a act! I’ve spent thousands there are have no idea why they just stopped returning my calls! I called for 2 wks straight bring extra nice and all!! I drive 2 hours a day for work and this is just crazy! If you couldn’t fix it that all you they had to say but to charge me and then NEVER return my call is very unprofessional and childish. If you didn’t like me that all you had to say but to pretend to fix something and then not return the customers call when it wasn’t fixed and got worse. If you don’t want to work on someone’s cars for whatever reason you should just be straight up or tell them you can’t help them cause your too busy!! And now I can’t even afford to have someone else look at it....do better and be better people!

I purchased a vehicle on March 5 2020 and was ensured that I was getting an awesome reliable car. Knowing the dealer personally I trusted his words. I was told it needed a muffler, which he said he would deal with... has not! I have not been able to drive the vehicle but 6 times since the sale. It has since had 2 new alternator, pvc hose and valve, 4 batteries, coolant hoses, spark plugs, oil change. THIS CAR IS A NIGHTMARE! It never starts and if it does I have to jump it and within 1 mile down the road Im broke down! Today is April 14 2020 it is broke down on the side of the highway AGAIN. I am convinced that there is something electrical going on because Ive done everything I can think of! I still have HAVE NOT recieved my TITLE! The owner WILL NOT take any of my calls. Blocked me on Facebook and has left me feeling taken and betrayed. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE! I NEVER give folks bad reviews because Ive never honestly had anything such as this happen to me! I am at a lost for words on the service I have received and even more upset about the refusal to fix the problem! Poor ethics and poor service 😪

I honestly would even rate them 1 star because I bought a 01 ford Taurus for 1700 when it origanally was only 1500 and the car overheated within a month or 2 because of a hole in the heater hose . Now its so many other problems with as well and they wont do anything about it . They said if I bring more money then I can try and trade for another car ... In the beginning they said it only needed brake pads. Now I need a new alternator . transmission. I cant lock my doors or Ill be locked out of my car because the key doesnt work . Id say its a rip off .

Horrible customer service. We were lied to on the year of the vehicle. Within 5 minutes of being down the road the check engine light comes on. We cleared it to make sure it wasnt a gas cap or something then it came back on. We called and they refused to do anything with it.They told us they didnt think it was bad customer service.

I would not refer anyone to this car lot. They sold me a car with a slipping transmission. They so called gave me a warrenty to get the transmission fixed but when I tried to get it fixed the warrenty never existed. They are shady and are not good business men. Both owners Emmit and Rob are not willing to make their customers happy. Ther refused to fix my car and I put my life in danger everytime I get into my car. I told them that since they dont want to fix it and they were aware of the situation if anything happens to my life while in the car they still own due to me doing payments then it would be on them and their response was no its not whatever happens to you just happens. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
