I literally just got my car the end of may & had to get my car fixed 3 times, spent almost $2,000 to fix it, the warranty did not cover anything .

They sold me a car with a messed up transmission theyre trying to say it wasnt messed up when I bought it now Ive only had the car for 2 months I gave them 4500 down and In making payments for the rest same as cash i hear people talk about how good Kareem is and I thought that also but now I have a whole other mind stat about that family Im making payments on a car I cant drive and they basically told me told me there was nontranny issues when I bought it but ford says something different

Came to see a car I saw in an ad (Black Honda Civic Sedan). The guy who spoke with me online said the car was being sold for so cheap (2,600$) because of the high mileage (174,000). He said aside from a windshield crack, there was nothing wrong and it had never been in any accidents. I went and looked at the car and heres what I could tell was wrong with it:-Cracked bumper-Cracked fender-Cracked windshield (as he said)-Bubbled rust on roof, hood, wheel wells, and doors-Rust rotted rotors, main support beam, and exhaust-Could tell from under the hood that the car had been in an accident and rebuiltTest driving:-Brake line was extremely dangerous and I had to downshift to stop the car-Front right wheel was clanking (suspension or rotor issue)The interior was the best part of the car.Needless to say, the car was not worth 2,600 not even 1,200. And they knew this. As soon as I walked up to hand him the keys he said, You didnt like it? Well why wouldnt I?! No, he knew. Im giving 2 stars because they did have a few nicer looking cars there. And the worker helped be a visual guide as I backed out of the lot so I didnt hit anything (the car was in a crammed spot)*DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR OR EXAMINE IN A CAR BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU*

I’ve gotten 3 cars from here and the most I had to worry about was an oil change. If anything was wrong with my vehicle, it was taken care of instantly and the way they talk to you up there makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend.

We went to look at a van the other day that i saw through facebook. Lets just say the pictures looked better than what i saw. We mentioned how the vans tire looked low, the man kept insisting it wasnt low and that they had an air compressor. The passenger door was hard to open and literally squeaked while opening it. He sprayed wd-40. The door really needed new hinges or something not wd-40. The carpets and seats were washed but the rest of the van was filthy. We took it for a test drive. Muffler was loud, brake light, and low tire sensor was on, the car was also sputtering when trying to acclerate. When we got back i told him all the things that were wrong and he didnt seem to care. Cant understand how a dealer would sell a car they ovviously didnt drive. They most buy from auxtions and put right out to sell, no work being done at all. So please buy at your own risk!

Hey Kylee petro there are two dealerships here if you would see there’s one side for Castle auto group and one side for progressive auto mall and that Van you were talking about that van is progressive auto mall not castle auto group car.

@ Doug C that was not a castle auto group car if you could see there are two dealerships there one is castle and the other one is progressive auto mall so you were looking at his car not castle auto groups that’s progressive auto mall car. And you would know that if you looked at the signs which one is which.
