This is the WORST car dealership you can go to in Akron. I would advise not to shop here because they sell you bad cars. I spent over 2,000 just getting it fixed within the first couple of months of having it. Their mechanics are terrible and also thieves please save your money. I will also be taking legal action against them for the way things have been handled by their third party source.

When I say they treated me the best I mean it... Those guys are the best & very honest... They have a great selection of cars and trucks....

First off, the place and the people who work there are very greasy (that is to say, they are con artists). I was hard pressed to understand what they were saying half the time, and some of the paperwork they made me sign had choppy english. I called ahead and asked to take the car for a test drive, the man at the phone said it was fine and that hed hold the car for me. I get there and explain that I had called for the test drive and the man goes have you been approved? This was the same voice I heard over the phone. I flashed my cashiers check from my pocket and he immeadiaely got up and handed me the keys. He wouldnt have let me test drive the car unless I had the cash to pay for it upfront. I find this disturbing, but I might just be a misunderstanding.Reguardless, I examine the car, and I come to find out they hide a lot of the problems with it. The car had illegally tinted windows, I had to pay my mechanic to get them removed. The car had an almost illegal level of tint on the tail lights. The spare tire cover was replaced with one from a different vehicle. The drivers side mirror was different than the passenger side. There were so many things odd about this vehicle. But for me, it wasnt anything I couldnt deal with/ didnt have the extra money to have a professional deal with. Always be sure to carefully examine a car before you purchase it.I took it during the test drive to have a local mechanic look at it. They said it was fine and one small thing was wrong with it. I purchased the vehicle and got the hell out of there. The only reason I decided to purcahse this vehicle was because the price was decent for the mileage and it is a high end model of the car I wanted. I knew I had extra money to put into it if anything broke. And most of all I was not going to let this vehicle sit and rot being somewhat rare. The folks at the dealer decided it was smart to stick the paper liscence plate in the rear window which has 5-10 tint on it (it couldnt be seen from there at all).Over the next couple days, the AC fails(fan motors), I smell an odd smell from the engine (it was my cabin filter), and I hear a noise when dealing with the heat system (it was a small motor module). I went and fixed these problems myself. But this will serve as a warning. THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU, TAKE THE CAR TO SOMEONE YOU TRUST AND HAVE IT LOOKED AT.A couple weeks go by and I have to call 4 times to get my title, which I had to drive up there. Im looking around in their back offices for an employee while the owner is sitting there laughing at a guy who has a busted car from them. A younger gentleman takes 10 minutes sifting through one folder to give me my title. I am glad I do not have to go back there again. The whole place really put me off and I would not reccomend going there.Since then I have been fixing the car myself turning it into a really nice car. For the every day person looking to buy a car just to get from A to B comfortably, id suggest not going here. If you do, bring a friend who knows whats what about cars.

Very bad service and terrible cars. customer service was also bad the guys name was Eyad and Amir.

As soon as I bought this car .took it off the lot, and the check engine light came on . They refused to look at it . I live 2.5 hrs away . Then I asked if their was a second key . They said they would mail it . And that was over 2 months ago .and now less than 3 months after I spent 11.k it is at the Audi dealer and it may cost another 2k to get it fixed. My suggestions to this compay would be . Dont sell such high end cars you have no clue about the make . And certainly never let your low end mechanics look at them . Let them stick to the back yard fiddling .

Since day one they havent fixed things on the car the promised was just sensor issues . My engine blew before my first car note . They fixed it and two days after I got my car back, after they put a used engine in, my car was stalling and puttering every time I tried to start it . I gave them a call to let them know . They told me to bring it in for service . After the service was done they said they cleaned out a chamber and I wouldnt have any further issues with starting my vehicle or stalling . After I got it back the next day my car wouldnt turn over so I called . A man answered the phone telling me the work that they did and I told him that I understood what work was done but the problem still wasnt resolved . He ended up hanging up on me when I was just trying to get my car looked at again . I waited a few days to call back so maybe someone with more comprehension would answer . I called back today and I was told they service the engine and they did their job so I need to figure it out . They manipulated me into trusting them and talked me into making my first payment so I was binded into their contract .

I just spoke with Tia via phone and let me just say this lady exemplify good customer service for sure. She was patient, very understanding, not pushy when helping me. Keep her around, from the time she answered the phone until the call ended -GREAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Need more people like her for sure.

Terrible experience. I’ve had my car for 8 months and it’s always in the shop. The warranty doesn’t cover much at all and I’ve spent thousands getting my car fixed on my own it’s always something, it was even wrecked before I bought it and covered I can tell it was fixed poorly. If you’re going to sell a car with this much inevitably going to go wrong the value should reflect that

This place is a scam. Their cars all have issues and they “fix” them when really they’re doing more damage and then they make you pay for it. BUYERS BEWARE!! They are unprofessional, act like they want to help, and then push the blame on you when they caused the issue. Horrible service. Go to a real car lot. I wasn’t the only person in there they sold a bad car too.

Bought a car September 26th got approved thru Westlake financial I literally was 10 days late and it was because the money wasnt withdrawn from my bank . The car dealership itself actually repo my car saying the lein holder ( bank ) just decided they dont want my business and they had to buy it back ? How can a dealer do such a thing ? They made a deal together and the dealer stole my car ! Now how shady is that ? had a finance company lender ) and all the sudden I didn’t ? It’s illegal for a car dealer to repo you for one because they don’t and didn’t at the time own my car ! Then dealer said well we will just refinance you somewhere else and then made me reapply just to say no one would approve me yet my report never changed ! If they dont give me my car back I will move forward and also go to the attorney general . Things aren’t looking good for them it’s a yo yo company they don’t care they are doing a lot of illegal things so please go somewhere else! This is so not over so if I were them I would settle this because they know how they operate ! They are in with westlake so just run I beg you ! Best deals .... you guys won’t be doing bad buisness anymore after I am done . Do the right thing or pay js that’s the best advise I have . They have a few days to return my car and or reinstate or I’m moving forward with a auto fraud lawyer which I already spoke to ! Westlake your next
