I bought my jeep liberty back in june i started having problems with my trsnsmision a weeks ago. But AH ride & pride auto group really know how to take care of there customers they sent up an appointment to have there mechanic look at it to see exactly whats wrong with it. If all goes well they should have it fixed next day. I would recommend anyone looking fir a good reliable vehicle to look here first. There customer service is great and other dealers an car loys should use them as an example.

Worst used car lot ever!!! They ran my credit and worked to get me a loan without discussing a final price or loan length. Wasted hours of my time on the first day without securing a loan after having a co signer with perfect credit. Then said it would be approved the next day. I called back before the two hour drive and made me wait for hours to get final approval. Then told me I had a loan aproved, still without discussing the details. Then I drove an hour am a half to seal the deal and when I arrived they told me they sold the car to someone else, but they had another car for me to look at! THAT IS BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! They never called me and told me that there was another seller and canceled the deal before the loan was approved or They should have told the new buyer the car was sold... They would be ethical.They have no customer service! All they want is money and have no care where they get it or if they inconvenience a customer. Shifty and shady business practices! Never Buy a car here unless you want to overpay, and never fill out a credit app without finalize all the details.

Purchased a truck from this car lot and didn’t even make it home before the check engine light came on. Drove it a couple more times and it broke down on the highway and we had to get it towed to the shop! We are over $6,000 dollars in repairs and have hardly got to drive the vehicle. The warranty they sold for well over $3,000 doesn’t even cover the repairs, it was very difficult to even get anyone on the phone at the warranty company . We are now having to hire a lawyer to try to remedy the situation because they sold us a truck “as is” that already had serious preexisting problems. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I wish they had a zero stars option!!!

The attention is perfect until you buy the car, they sold me a car with more than 10 defects with the promise that the insurance would cover them all, including that the transmission already broke I bought it 2 months ago, and spent more than 5k fixing and the sure nothing. I have been waiting for the license plate of the car for more than 1 month, which I have expired, each time I call it is a different answer but they do not fix my problem. My advice is do not buy here

Worst car buying experience ever. Owner is a dishonest liar. He sold me a car that had an accident that is not reported in Carfax. Pictures hide issues in the car. They fix things enough to get the car out and things start breaking within hours of leaving their lot. They never fulfill their promises to fix things in the car after it leaves the lot despite signing on it! They are expert scammers. They pretend to be nice initially but eventually show the rudeness when you ask for your rights. Never buy a car from them.

A little over a month ago my fiancé purchased a Mercedes Benz from these guys and the way they handled business I knew they were gonna be crooked especially when they had us talk to the loan company in front of Ahmad so he can tell us what to tell them. So now we have this car sitting at the Benz dealer and they told us the car was in a horrible accident and the dealer which is Ah ride basically had a bum mechanic fix this car just to resell it. We are sitting on a 3600 dollar bill and that’s just the beginning and they keep giving us the run around over the phone telling us the owner Ahmad will call but clearly he is not. All we are asking for is a little help with the car for not informing us the right information on the car. It’s our vehicle we brought it we are gonna get it fixed regardless but we are crossing our Ts and they can’t even dot their Is and help out when they sold us this car with so many issues. We will be taking this as far as we need to because what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. I have children in this car and they couldn’t even inform us that the airbags are deployed like seriously how low can you be let alone help us fix at least some of this. But what’s real bad is not being able to be a man and pick up the phone and call back. Horrible business

Please DO NOT buy a car here. I recently bought a bmw here cash. I flew all the way from texas and within a hour of driving back to texas the vehicle has a drivetrain malfunction. And in the next 3 hours the check engine light comes on. They do not service or take care of any vehicles here. They just buy them from auction and leave them. I eventually took the car to bmw and they diagnosed it and said the variable valve timing actuator is completely out. The car doesn’t even start anymore after a week of owning it. I even called to see if the dealership would be able to help me and they just kept giving me the run around. Please do not buy a car here you will regret it. Because now I have to spend over 4k$ to fix the car. Even the bmw dealer said they basically sold me a car with a piece of junk engine and lied to me. Please stay away from these thieves especially ahmed.

Dont buy a car from them its easy to get the car real fast in and out but when it comes to fixing anything wrong with the car afterwards they dont want to help they dont return phone calls and they dont stand behind their vehicles.

I work for many car lots, and this group is a class act, I refer anyone looking for a car to them.

I called in advance to confirm the specs on a 2016 Tundra before making the 3 hour trip from Michigan. Salesman named Ian checked and positively confirmed the online ad stating it came with the TRD off road package which is a significant upgrade. When I arrived for the test drive he pointed at the undercarriage to further note evidence of the TRD. I also asked him if the truck had ever been in any accidents and he said clearly and definitively No, its 100% clean. Mind you... he didnt say I dont know or Lets check the Carfax, but gave me an authoritative No, its clean.. He also boasted that the truck featured rear parking sensors and a blind spot warning... Well as you can probably tell from the rating, none of these things ended up being true.. A week later I took the truck into Toyota for a full inspection.. Turns out it had been in 2 significant accidents, in which all 4 doors had been replaced, the entire bed and rear gate replaced and all of it painted improperly. The rear and blind spot sensors and their harnesses gone and disabled. The front originally had fog lights (Which I did not know) were gone along with their harnesses and of course they confirmed there is essentially no TRD package to speak of other than some upgraded shocks. There were other flaws too, a bad front ball bearing and the alignment is baddly off but those are things I consider resonable and not unusual for a used vehicle hence I lay no blame at the feet of AH Ride & Pride for those. The things I find unforgivable are the things I double and triple checked with the dealership specifically which they clearly and directly lied about... The head mechanic at the Toyota said I overpaid by $10,000 because of those misrepresentations specifically and would cost about that much to bring to spec. Not mint condition or mechanicaly flawless mind you, just to make accurate to what it was sold to me as..... Follow up... The owner after having told me he would call me back to resolve, blew me off entirely.. I called him back to follow up and he said he Had more important people to deal with.... Totally unproffesional.... Follow up #2... Do not believe their reply below. They have not reached out to me at all. In fact they won’t even call me back. I don’t know what “Evidence” they are even referring to but it’s obvious they only posted a response to run damage control and have no interest in doing the right thing

Spoke with Amad and was test driving the vehicle within ten minutes. He even gave me money to stop at the gas station to ensure tank was not too low. Arrived back at dealership following test drive and he offered me a very fair trade for my vehicle; right on the money as promised. Windy had the paperwork drawn up very quickly and efficiently. They took some money off of my original price in regards to having to bring it there to be fixed. Just called them today regarding my title and they answered and helped me out. Happy to have my car that is running the way it should. Monthly payments are low and it was a great price for the car.
