Honestly… easiest experience ever. We pretty much knew what we wanted but they provided us with free Delivery and put the hot tub inside the house for us. Which was fabulous. They also provided us with electricians that we can trust to hook up the hot tub correctly. Thank you so much for an easy and fun experience.

Dont get there anywhere near closing time, even though it says open to 6 on Saturdays they will give you a hard time. Just wanted a cartridge for hot tub, not looking for sales or anything time consuming. The clerk let me know that they leave at 6 not close at 6. So dont get there after 10 min to closing, they are not nice.

Very disappointed with the service department of this store. Contacted multiple times over this issue and spoke with 4 different people total. Promised by 2 that I would have the opportunity to speak with a manager to clear up my concern, but have yet to speak with him.As a business you should really strive to communicate with your customers in general.Poor business practices

I will go completely out of my way to shop this location. Theyre always helpful, have knowledge of chemicals, products, etc...and there is always staff to assist you. They dont rush you in and out, and take their time making sure you have what you need. And they usually have everything in stock!

Terrible customer service. The employee with black hair and beard rejected to test my water twice in 4 days. First on Saturday, because there were only two of them in the store and they were closing in 50 minutes. Ok. I understand, but the store was empty, but still okey. The employee was rude and unprofessional. The lady that worked with him apologized for inconvenience, so I cant say anything about her.Today, the same employee refused to test my water again. This time there were three employees in the store and store was completely empty again. The reason for not being able to test my water this time was the rain (not sure what rain because it was not raining). He gave me a long explanation why I shouldnt test the water during rain. After I said that is not raining and that the water sample was taken before any rain, he commented that it will rain and that I shouldnt be taking a sample before the rain, so he will not test it. I just turned around and walked out. It was pointless to argue, so I didnt even try. The other two employees just gave me a sad look and said nothing. I guess the rude employee was more worried about sitting in that chair and playing with his phone than taking care of the customers. Im not sure if he is a manager or not, but he seemed to be running the show at the Arlington Rd. store in Akron OH. It is not about should I test the water or not, but about disrespectful and rude behavior of the employee and his unprofessional approach toward me (the customer) that was nothing less than discussing. That store lost my business for sure.

Employees helpful & nice, no pools set up but quite a few hottubs🤗 lots of swim toys also green egg and accessories and trager and accessories..

Theyre having their May appreciation sale. It ends on the 7th. Unfortunately when I had the time to go there, they did not have supplies that I need to open my pool. Now I have to try and get back there before the sale goes off. And hope that they have supplies in stock. Waste of time.

When we walked in the employees looked at us crazy and acted like they didnt want to help us find a filter we walked to the back of the store none of the ask us for help I went to the front and asked the five of them if one of them can help me and none of them acknowledge me or what I said hands down this is the worst place to go your better off going somewhere else to find what u need

Love it here very professional, friendly, well mannered service here.They help from in ground pools to the little pools that are 12x 36. On giving the right balance for your pool to stay clean.Stay away away from cheap. Htg and others they dont have enough to kill bacteria, etc.You can also get free water test kits, get tested. They help educated and understand when, why, what is what.

After moving from an in ground pool in Fl to Ohio and getting an above ground vinyl pool here I came to LHP&S expecting knowledgeable assistance. The first time my pool water was completely messed up worse than when I came to ask for help with metal in the water. We decided to give them one more chance today and left with the feeling that the person helping me had no idea about pools. I find out they have no way of testing for algae which seems ridiculous to me a pool supply and water testing location does not have the capability to do that. I came in saying I believe I have mustard algae in the pool. I was told I only needed Chlorine, alkalinity and calcium. Calcium was out of stock and the water tester seem to feel helping me with my concern of algae was not a necessary since they dont have the capability of testing for it. Had I walked out without asking I would have honestly believed those were the only items I needed. So winging it and treating on my own for what I believe is mustard algae. The staff needs more training at this location. I feel like I have more knowledge than they do and will not be back.

Our hot tub was not only delivered late but damaged. There is a gouge in the hot tub itself and a hole in one of the panels. I have emailed the sales manager Jeff at the Arlington store a few times now. He claims to have passed it along but I have heard nothing back in regards to getting our panel replaced and the gouge fixed. Its been nearly a month now since it was delivered. Nothing like rotten service after the sale. I feel like its parallel with a bad car dealership. Sell you the product and leave you having afterwards. The delivery kid named Mel took pictures and annotated the damage on the delivery form . The sales manager knew nothing about it until I emailed him. Apparently theres a lack of communication within this business. I would take my business to another more reputable company if I was anyone reading this. This is not how you treat a customer.Update******* You sent out a repair person with the wrong panel that needed replaced but he went ahead and replaced a perfectly good panel and yet the busted one remains. Dont you think somebody would question why they are replacing a perfectly good panel? Maybe not look around the hot tub to see the where the busted one is at? The lack of attention to detail is mind boggling. When my wife spoke to customer service for your service department they wanted a credit card on file. Obviously your customer service person did not look at the reasons why parts were ordered and that this was a brand new hot tub that was delivered damaged. Is there no training given for your people?

I am very Disappointed with the service as I placed a order for a liner, and was told I would get a call when it came inno call. When I called them somehow it didnt get ordered, so manager said it would be there on Monday, again no call, I called it still wasnt there. They then said it would be there on Thursday night, finally a week and a half later got liner. Terrible Service,will never go back, Thanks forAMAZON, Unacceptable.
