They have the best candles by far!! I have so much body sprays, plugins and lotions. I live them better then Victoria secret. My best friend and I are addicted to this store. We go at least 5X a month. Oh and I order online!!!

This store was located inside the mall, which is closed, as in completely shut down. Theres a brand new store in a nearby strip mall area.

Bath & Body in the Chapel Hill Mall is holding its own in this desolate mall. The store is stocked full and looks great. The staff was helpful. I highly recommend shopping at this location to avoid waiting in line at other BBW locations. Not sure what entrances are open to enter the mall so I recommend entering at the Carousel entrance. The only food/drink locations that were open were the Stir-fry business in the food court and Starbucks in the center of the mall. Sad that the mall has almost no retail businesses open, but quite happy to see that BBW is still open. Hopefully it will stay that way.

I love this place!! So many heavenly fragrances to choose from! I am a perfume collector and I have such a difficult time making a choice. If I had the money, I would buy the whole store. And the deals are so amazing. The sales associates are so kind and helpful. You cant go wrong.

Wow, Dawn really is rude. This is supposed to be a fun store to walk in with happy people. Not the case. Dawn was short and couldn’t bother to listen, I wanted a full set soap lotion and spray and she suggests the only scent in the store that has no lotion in stock. She was rude and unfriendly and because of tonight, I won’t go back. She made me that upset. She should work somewhere she doesn’t have to smile.... try the utility building Dawn, you’d fit right in.

I only go there during sales, because in-store has a better selection than online does. I was disappointed that they had none of the cheapest Wallflower plug-ins or one of the refills I was looking for. That isnt good stock management. But I am glad that one of the stores is close to where I live.

The employees are polite and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the store is unfortunately located in a dilapidated and dying shopping mall so its not as pleasant to visit as other locations.
