Great party city! There was a large selection of party, wedding, and holiday themed items. There was also an aisle dedicated to candy. We were able to pick up multiple items, and the candy was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for party needs!

Make sure there is helium in your balloons. I picked mine up (about 12) and only the largest one had helium. I never made it back to have them replaced. I have also had good experiences there.

It was mad chaos due to Halloween! There were two registers open and they were doing their best to check patrons out along with answering the phone and helping with the walkies for those wanting costumes in the back of the store.We drove from Wooster to this location as ours was one that closed. We were there to get birthday party supplies and while we got what we needed and they have lots to choose from and the prices are right.The store itself could use some help, although it is in Chapel Hill Mall, which isnt the best location in and of itself.

We made it work. They were out of stock or not replenishing the display and the staff was distant and almost rude. Party City used to be great. Maybe its the location now. Hopefully they move and get back to the old ways we remember.

Store says it is open unto 6, not open just a sign that tells you to go online. Ridiculous that you drive to go and it is closed, they need to update their web site

I loved this place when it was in the other location!!Last time I went it was more expensive than other places with the same items The employees aren’t always friendly which is no fun during party shopping!! I dislike the parking and entering through the mall.They have a ton of options which is great but lately I’ll find what I need at RSVP in Stow (easier parking and accessibility) and Amazon for less.

Terrible experience picking up balloons at the Party City at Chapel Hill Mall. My daughter had ordered and paid for balloons on Monday to be picked up at 12 noon on Sunday. We got there at 12:30 and they werent ready yet. And neither were the orders for at least four other people waiting. The clerks explanation was they had a lot of walk-ins that morning that wanted balloons (they open at 10:00). There were 3 people working at that time. At 12:30 they said they were starting on my order. As of 1:00 they still hadnt started on it. They said they were working on them all at once. So what thats means is they werent getting any of them done. Mine were finally ready at 1:15 and the order they handed to a lady directly in front of me was scheduled for 1:00. The clerk actually told me that they were so far behind that they didnt even have the order ready for a woman who had ordered her balloons 2 weeks before. What a way to run a business! I guarantee they lost at least 6 repeat customers that day.

Very busy had on masks but dSocial disyancong was a problem took a long time to psy. Sale a lot of balloons so, Be prepared to wait. Sat. Wad a busy. Good court had 2 restraurants open a stake place and stir fry. Didnt wash their hands before or after making anything. Tables are set apart but customers drift in and out and longer near a table to long for mt liking. Good prepared DIDNOT WEAR MASK but mall rules were stated all must wear a mask. The only entrance to party city is through the mall propet.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!!!!!!!!! they preach customer services but cannot even be bothered to fix their hours on their phone message or online. When I called about this matter no one was willing to corporate with me. Then when I canceled my order the incompetent employee couldn’t even bother to give me any sort of confirmation that this was completed and taken care of. I wish i could rate 0 stars

This is a large store attached to Chapel Hill Mall. They stock a little bit of everything but nothing fancy. Lots of paper products in many colors but they do have the candy in the rainbow colors that is so popular for weddings and showers currently. The staff is nice but sometimes hard to find. My real issue is the prices which are definitely higher than other places. It is weird to have a warehouse feel with specialty store prices.

This store has everything you could think of for party . It is so fun to go in there and just look around browse and play.

I had purchased balloons from this location the night before an event and when I woke up the next day the balloons were practically on the floor! I had went back to the store to get more because I obviously couldn’t use the ones I had for the party...Danielle and Tabby (hopefully I spelled their names correctly) were very helpful and blew up replacements that stayed floating.. Thank you ladies for correcting the issue, I appreciate it!

Great place to get your supplies for a party

The employees didnt seem to want to be there or do their job, one says in front of customers loudly if you cant do your job right then dont be here, they also were very sluggish in filling my balloon order, took 20 minutes to fill 4 balloons and it was not busy at the time. There were 4 employees that I seen working and the one filling my balloons walked away from that to ring someone else out at the register.

Everyone is super helpful and every time someone comes and ask if I need help. For the person that commented about the balloon bag, they are always $1,you dont get special treatment bc you lost your balloons. You didnt have to buy it. They didnt force you and you were asked before you paid if you wanted it. If you do loose the balloons they are nice enough to replace them for free. All of the items have prices on them and the store is almost always clean. Theres always a person going around the store cleaning every afternoon. You cant expect the workers to clean up your mess seconds after you trash the store especially if they are busy helping customers. Its one of the cleanest and most organized party citys in the district. Most likely if you were to ask someone what you were looking for they can show you right where it is. They use to have the back door open to go in but its being used for inventory purposes and they said they are working on getting it back open to the public for all those lazy people.

Good Customer Service, entrance is a bit confusing and hard to find

Selection was good. Getting ready for Halloween. Customer service was OK. Seemed like a lot of new staff, that really didnt know or care.

I love this place they always have everything I need for my children’s birthdays Super Bowl parties New Year’s parties Christmas parties they have a wide selection Halloween is great from there they have a large selection of balloons they have stuff for baby showers bridal showers they have all kind of candy I am never disappointed and I never have to shop at multiple places I pretty much get all my shopping done here whenever I have a family event going on

I wish they had more of a selection for some things, but I can always make due with what they have and create my own of what they dont have!

Tons of Halloween costumes as well as plenty of accessories for any character you might want to be! Prices are high but it is worth it because you will probably find what youre looking for. They also have a lot of 50 Cent toys. Great for parties or just a kids day out.

If Penneys didnt exist, this would be the closest thing to an anchor for Chapel Hill. But you have to walk into the mall, then down a hallway off of a hallway to shop there. The ceilings are high & they pack way too much nonsense up there. Must have been a fill-in staff b/c they just play on their phones now.

Wow what a selection. Needed a costume. They had I could use. Still waiting for the one I ordered on Amazon.

The store itself is well taken care of. The employees however, are miserable and shouldn’t work here if they hate it so much. In front of customers, the cashier was talking about how much of a rip off the store is and how she will be shopping at the dollar tree for balloons and decorations for her graduation party.

I would give only 1 star but the single employee working the checkouts was trying really hard to keep the line short and fill balloon orders. Store manager would not speak to me even after I asked for her opinion on colors. I called to ask if they had what I wanted in stock and was told no but online said otherwise and they DID in fact have it in stock. Very disappointed Ive had such good experience at other Party Citys

Waited in line for 20 minutes to only be told I was in the wrong line and they couldn’t help me until I waited in another 20 minute line. As I obviously was upset no one seemed to care. Only said have a nice day as I stormed out. Thanks for ruining the party PARTY CITY!

Very friendly staff and huge variety of options for all of your party ideas. The prices are very competitive to big box retail locations for many of the products they carry.

What a party store! It is too easy to wander through the place getting lost in ideas for a killer party! You spend as much as you want and you will add some kind of wow to any party.

Went there to shop for baby shower decoration items. Was happy with what I got.

Its an o.k. place to shop, but it is overpriced, and when they are busy, the staff isnt always available. I dont know if there is a lack of staffing, or if there are always just 2 people working. However, when one person is blowing up balloons, and there are 8 people in line, it creates a line many arent worth waiting in.

The fact that the manager was more wrapped up and helping another customer with questions about candles then the fact that I waited almost 20 mins to get a single balloon blown up because there was one kid in the front running the register doing everything with no help. In the future I will get my ballloons elsewhere

Super rude girls working and they dont listen to your request. I needed 7 balloons all one lengthWhen they staggered them I asked if they could please fix it. They both rolled their eyes at me, didnt say a word and just started redoing them. It was uncomfortable.

Between this store and the cotporate office I will never shop with party city again. Not only were they extremely rude and unhelpful two representatives at the corporate location refused to put a supervisor on the phone. If no stores in a 60 miles radius stock the supplies it should notify you online. They wanted me to pay 35 dollars for overnight shipping because there site misinforms customers

I went there to get my wife a happy birthday party banner.... I was at the computer contour for 20 min trying to figer it out... I asked some one to show me... she said I dont know how to do it... the she asked the manager to help me..she did for 2 min and left... I did not know how to put the photos up in the pc... after a few I did it... it did not load.... oooo my God Im so mad... wasted 1hour in the store.... Ill never go back.... it broke my heart to get service that bad...
