Terrible customer service. Brought 2 tires not even a week ago. One was messed up. Didnt offer any resolution. The guy who sold me the tires wouldnt even come address the issue, sent the lady. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!! JUST SAD

Mike was super helpful getting me the tires I needed, and for a great price too! Was able to pick up brand new, decent name brand tires for $40 a tire. I was able to get the 2 tires, and a mount + balance for $120.All the employees there were super friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be coming back here if I need more tires in the future.

Stopped here from out of state.Sure you pay $10.68 to get a nail out of your tire, but you come out with thousands of dollars of damage afterwords and no one to claim it. Manager is extremely rude, cussed me out, and threatened me after trying to go back to the shop and solve the issue civilly. Don’t go here and if you do pay attention to damage after service.UPDATE: one of the employees from the Tire X Change showed up at my TEMPORARY RESIDENCE in Ohio (7/15/2020) cops now involved for harassment.

Well I must say, I came here about 3 years ago and bought 4 new tires, and they were the worst tires I have ever purchased in my life, I guess you get what you pay for, I paid like 275 for 4 tires.......So moving forward, got a flat on Saturday night, I seen I only need a plug in the tire, but now its Sunday, so limited choices....So needless to say I didnt want to come here, but to my surprise the young man that serviced my car, was friendly, and efficient...It took less than 10 minutes, and they were busy....So since I received good service this time, I thought I would post..Good job

Great friendly people. Very capable of great work. 73 thousand dollar car was left with a ding on fender on drivers side and they did not act with honesty and tell me. I had to discover it the next morning. There is no if and or buts about it. It happened there. They knew it happened also. The area was wiped of by a hand to inspect it.

Very fast and cheap fix a tire that another place said was unfixable in about 5 minutes for 10 bucks. They have used tires in excellent condition for around $35 yes. Ive been coming here for years and Ive never had a problem with any of the work they do.

I have patronized this place for the last 5 years, generally good service at a fair price. The boss lady seems to have become increasingly nastier over the years; the way she talks to her employees is shameful and she gave me waaay more attitude than any customer deserves.

My car has 120k miles and I needed new tires but didnt want to spend $400+. I got 2 like new winter Cooper Weather Masters on the rear and 2 brand new Ironman (their 40k rated new tire brand) on the front, all for under $200. I was out the door in 40 minutes. If you are tired of overpriced new tires, they will hook you up with great service.

I have escalade and that cry for me to have metal tire sensor plugs and unfortunately they didnt inform me of this and I said oh itll be okay with no plug-in thats fine I took the no place but they took my plugs out and now Im getting charged $50 a plus because they couldnt put it back in properly

Worst experience at a used tire business I have ever had! I was misquoted the price for a set of tires. Contacted the owner and he was more rude than the staff. I was there over an hour and still have the same set I started with. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

Tire X-Change on Exchange street was great! Lets say you are driving on one of the roads you normally drive on because its clean and smooth, but today it wasnt clean and smooth for some unknown reason and you get a flat. (You know how the ice on the roads in Akron can be.) Lets also say that you dont feel like dishing out hundreds of dollars to get your tires replaced and just want to buy a used tire to fit onto your used car. Just bring your car over to Tire X-change! Its cheap: $35 for the tire, plus $3 for them to take your old broken tire, plus $2 for tax, and if my math is correct, I payed $40 to get a brand spankin new used tire. I got go inside to pick out my tire, sit in the car and listen to music while they changed my tire, and I even saw them putting salt on the driveway so the dang ice would melt.Overall, a great experience, service was fast and people were friendly.

I went to put tires on my car and the service was slow and unorganized. Then charged me 10$ more to swap tires plus cost of tires which they told me 60 for everything then added 10$ after it was done. I will never go there again! Plus I had to jack my own car up cause the idiots there almost ruined my fuel line..

Do not bring them your custom wheels. Their machines are not ment for them. My Teal F1R F23 wheels were dented and scratched. The inside of the rim was left with claw indentations from the machine.
