Nice place, nice gentlemen there. They do good work, keep busy. Most time you have to make an appointment. Call or show up to get an appointment. They dont not do alignments there. My parents and I have used Sawyerwood Service for years. These guys are really great. I always google the cost of whatever repair I’m looking at and they are always at the low end of the price range. Also, there have been times when I thought something was needed and Tom said it wasn’t necessary. They don’t try to up sell and add additional cost. Very trustworthy!

They were awesome! Dan was a huge help! I called earlier in the day, because my tail pipe was loose and my car was sounding super loud.I didn’t want to go to the dealership and pay a ton of money for the repair so I google mapped for auto shops and Sawyerwood was the first one on the list.They did a free estimate and fixed it in about an hour! Typically an appointment is needed, but they weren’t super busy schedule wise so to just come in. Dan made a few calls trying to find the lowest priced muffler to be able to give me two fix options. I could see all the work being done to my car from the waiting area.Their costumer service is excellent, they are fast and efficient. The shop was decently clean for being an auto shop. They weren’t all older mechanics nor all young guys which is super reassuring to me to have the diversity of experience levels. We definitely will start going to them as our regular auto shop. I highly recommend them!
