Love Decker muffler I take all my cars to them for muffler needs there honest they told me one time not to waste money putting any money in one of my past vehicle it wasnt worth it glad I went there cause not more than 2 days later the frame of the car snapped in half thanks for being so honest and they always not the expensive in cost keep up the good work

I wish every shop was this great. Its rare to find a auto shop that treats you good, is HONEST, and really cares about the quality of their work. I bought a DIY exhaust kit for my truck, and I couldnt quite get it right. I took it there and they had it fixed up in less than an hour. Really reasonable prices too!

Had my catalytic converter stolen. This place went out of their way to get my car in that night. Repairs were done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Staff were very professional and friendly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience with a frustrating situation.

My exhaust was apart in two pieces...the nice fellas at Decker totally hooked it up for a really great price. I checked out their work when I got back to work...very nice welds...these boys are awesome...super nice, priced right...and do a great job. I highly recommend them !!!!

I was quoted a price of $275 for a whole new exhaust system (without even putting it on the racks for expection). I attempted to pay with my credit card and the guy told me if I went and got cash he could do the job for $260 outdoor without having to pay the taxes. So I told him Id be back with cash even though I knew I wasnt coming back. I went to get a second opinion from Lifetime Custom Exhaust on E.Exchange and I only needed half of what the guy at Decker said that I needed. I was charged $149 for new muffler and pipe.

I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in to have a single exhaust made into a daul. They did a awesome job. The truck sounds great. The price was right and the customer service was very good. Family owned and operated. I will be giving referrals to family and friends.

Got my mufflers done here and have mixed feelings. Took the car in for a quote and they looked everything over and gave me a quote. They have great service, but they ended up charging me about $100 more than I was expecting because they said some brackets had fallen off, but they had pointed that out to me last time so I was expecting that to be part of what they originally quoted me.

Decker Muffler has never been a shop to let me down. They take their time figuring out the issue, and they are professional whenever it comes to getting the job down correctly, the first time. I’ve taken numerous vehicles there for multiple reasons and they have yet to be unable to help me out.

I had just bought a 2008 Impala that needed a muffler, and called these guys to see if they could take a look at the exhaust system on my car. They got me right in, and figured out I needed a muffler only, (no unnecessary parts). They ordered one from their supplier, who seemed to be taking too long to deliver, so one of the guys went over there and got it. They installed it within minutes, and I was back on the road in under an hour. Great service,, and a great price. Ill go back here for all my exhaust system needs because its hard to find a good shop like this.

I was quoted a price of $250 over the phone. Once I arrived they quickly determined that I actually only needed $160 in parts and labor. I was very impressed that they gave me the number I needed rather than just doing the work for the quote. Before I left they asked me to review the work done (it was excellent). They did so well I got a quote for some work I may need done soon as well (also liked that number). This is an honest shop that does very good work. I recommend anyone stop by if they need some work done. Ive already told everyone I know about Decker. A class shop.

This was my third time comming here over the past 10 yrs. Always the same. No nonsense, quick to get me in the door, diagnosed within 5 min, let me look at the problem and offered me 2 solutions. I was in and out in under 30 min and my car sounds great! Price was awesome, and beyond fair. I highly recommend Decker Muffler and all the guys there.

Amazing custom exhaust work for classic and performance cars, quick and affordable repairs for modern car exhaust systems, along with solid work on brakes/shocks/struts. Father and son operation with 2 generations of muffler men before them, a rare find in todays corporate/franchise auto repair world. They custom-make most everything for your exhaust system, and, will fairly and correctly fix goofball mistakes from other muffler/exhaust shops. Real close to downtown Akron and Firestone park and open most Saturdays. They are in the middle of the big Akron road and highway construction project but are open for business and not going anywhere.

If you need any work done you won’t be disappointed if you take your vehicle here. Easy on and off from the freeway, so worth it to travel an extra mile or 2 no matter where you are coming from. I took my Tundra there expecting to wait on the right parts, but much to my surprise they had it fixed and out the door in an hour or so! Every person there were super friendly and helpful and truly take pride in their work.

Excellent fast and friendly service. I expected to need to drop my car off and arrange for a ride back to my office and then a ride back at the end of the day to pick it back up. That wasnt necessary because they were able to replace a broken resonator and had my car fixed and back on the road in 20 minutes flat, including paperwork.Top notch, highly recommended !

I spent 2 hours at an auto repair shop only to find out they could not repair my car. After quoting me $1500 to replace something that could be fixed they suggested I take my car to Decker Muffler. The auto shop manager said they were the most honest place that does great quality work. I called Decker Muffler around 3:15pm hoping I could get my car to them the next day. The man I spoke with said no need to wait and to bring it in today even though they were closing at 4:30pm. After the work was completed, I was taken back to see the repair that was done on my car. $60 later I am driving a car that no longer sounds like an airplane taking off the runway. I actually had to make sure it was on because it has not sounded this good in a while. I am so impressed with the service and the people that work at Decker Muffler, I cannot recommend this place enough.

I haven’t had any work done personally by these guys but the staff is very upfront and professional they see what the problem is and fix it to the best of their ability they are no bs

I was told to have my car fixed by a muffler shop and came here because my initial call and conversation was pleasant and helpful, unlike the other places I had called. They were able to immediately check out my car and inform me that what was percieved to be my initial problem, was infact not the problem and I was saved hundreds of dollars and time. Really good experience. From the time we pulled my car in, it was all hands on deck. I had a quote in the first 5 minutes. The sitting area was clean and inviting. The aquariums,plants,maps and pictures take your mind off of car repairs (which i loathe). It is a family run bisiness and they take pride in service. My son and i were out in less than 45 minutes. Hopefully i wont need to, but if i have to, Ill be back.

For exhaust repairs, this is the place to go. They are fast, and do a good job. The prices are right.

Went in for my muffler to be fixed. I must say that Im pleased with their great efficient service. Had one shop fix it and it broke off in about a week. This is the place to go to have your car run without any noise. Wait time is less than 30mins to be on your way out.

This place did a killer job on my 2006 dodge ram 1500 same sound i had and saved me alot of money. I had a flow master on it and he changed it out with somthing else with out the price Tag but same sound. Really pleased!!!!

Decker Muffler did an excellent job installing dual exhaust on our 1966 Thunderbird. The people were courteous knowledgeable and experienced on this type of vehicle. If I had a vehicle that was headed to the Moon I would definitely allow Decker Muffler to perform the work on my exhaust system!

I noticed my muffler was sagging. I stopped by on my lunch break to have them take a look. They installed it about 6 months ago. They guy thought the muffler must have taken a hit and the whole exhaust may need replacing.I dropped the car off the following morning before work. Called them later in the day to see how much it was going to cost. I was expecting to pay up to $270 based on their estimate. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they found a way to make it work with new hangers and welding. Total cost: $0.Thats the kind of smart service thats going to keep me going back.Good guys!

I had a major exhaust leak and the guys here got my truck all fixed up in a timely manner and the prices are unbeatable. the best part is they dont try to take advantage of their customers to get an extra nickel like most shops out there. Just took my Van there to have my muffler looked at as it was hanging and the guys there were super helpful and very sweet!! They gave me an excellent price and the service was amazing!
