I been loyal to them since about 2004. Started with just getting used tires. Then they offered some quotes for car repairs to me and was just much cheaper than everywhere else I went too. They always been good to me and even looked out for me a few times when money was tight way back when. They have switched different mechanics over the years but it’s the shop that I trust. Overall great place

I trust them to do all of my car repairs and maintenance and I dont want to deal with other places in-convinces the only place I trust to do quality work at a fair price is Copley tire and oil. Everyone is wonderful to work with with. They are fast, friendly, fair and provide quality service. I also trust them with all my oil and tire needs. I love doing business local. I got new tires put on my Volkswagen at Copley tire everyone did everything possible to finish quickly and efficiently, and they gave me the urgency I needed to make it to work on time. They truly went above and beyond for me and it feels like a company that I can trust and continue to use for years!

They suggested a different tire and sold us 4 for a very fair price.

The owner is friendly but his workers need to be checked behind. Each time I have been serviced I always have to go back. My last experience was I bought 4 tires however one tire was not secured. If it had not been the person behind me flagging me down to tell me my wheel was wobbling. I didnt have my lug wrench and neither did they. By the time I got back to the shop they were closed. Needless to say, check your tires b4 u leave!

Sent my car in for a “one day repair” for the engine timing belt quoted at 600$. They ended up changing the crank shaft sensor without calling to authorize the repair first. They also claim to have replaced the crank shaft tone wheel. The whole crank shaft wheel is shaking and wobbling very loudly. When I drove my car home it continually sprayed out oil. The lower main seal to the crank shaft sensor was not in place and leaking oil badly. Neither the crank shaft sensor or the tone wheel needed replaced and the car was not leaking oil when brought in. Entire repair took over a week and costed 1000$ when quoted 600$. My car sounds horrible and is pouring out oil. Will be returning to either be refunded or have parts properly installed. Terrible service overall bad experience here, big let down from Copley Tire Mechanic service would not recommend.

Needed to have a tire repaired due to it having a nail in it. Was able to have the nail removed and tire plugged in under 5 minutes all while they worked on four other cars. Price was extremely reasonable too.

Would not accept responsibility for breaking my door latch. Offered to split cost, nope said i brought it in completely broke. Why would i leave a vehicle unsecured while your business isnt open yet? Especially on copley rd. Another customer seen me secure it. Bad business values this one has. **Afterwards noticed that it was still leaking fluid from the transfer case, which I had paid for a seal to be replaced. Crawled under and took a look around the drive shaft, not one fresh tool mark, everything still covered in dirty dark transmission fluid and oil. Which means they didnt even change the seal. I wish I had took pictures and took them to court. WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Convenience vs. ServiceFast but unreliable service. Worst tire place I have ever frequented. Broke tire gage then said they never worked on car. Owners very rude and unprofessional. Cant understand how this place is still allowed to do business. Close IT

I get wonderful service every time I go, theyre like family to me they never steer me in the wrong direction. Anytime I need something fixed on my car I get it back within an hour or two, they offer used tires which is great and their low price at that. Id highly recommend anyone to swing by this place, Im proud to say that I am a loyal customer of Copley Tire and Auto Repair!!!

Employees are quick and honest with their prices for both tires and vehicle repairs. Its was nice to be able to go to a repair shop that the employees are able to work on any make and model that you bring them. I would refer anyone to Copley Tire and Auto repair to have their vehicle worked on.

Poor service, they don’t tell you it’s cash only. They didn’t tell me for another 20$ I can have my rotors replaced along with the 60$ brake replacement. Which would have made it 80$ For brakes and rotors. Instead they charged me $60 and told me i would have to pay another $60 just for front rotors replacement... I won’t go there anymore! They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me I also needed rotors, they just did the brakes and sent me on my way....

Went to replace my tires with new ones. The next day one of them started going flat. It was t much longer before another did the same. Went back to get those tires changed out. The guy quickly got an attitude and began cursing at me. He refused to change them out.Beyond terrible customer service, terrible products. It’s all shady. Stay clear!!!

Amazing service! Needed a slow leak fixed late on Sunday and they waited after close to take care of it. Simple fix and I couldn’t believe how little they charged for it.

Price was changed as soon as I arrived (although the service was decent and relatively quick), not much in the way of a waiting area either. Even though the experience was not bad...still couldnt bring myself to give a five star rating.

Friendly people and they serviced our truck quickly and finished fast but the tech overfilled the tire alot and the lugnuts were so tight an impact wouldnt get em off!

John was my mechanic and he was able to fix my sons car brakes. It was done at a reasonable amount of time and the cost was very reasonable!

Brought a tire from them and within a hour the tire they put on popped, I called and they told me to come back in and pick any tire I wanted and replaced with an positive attitude even tho I was not so happy great friendly people and Job was performed in a timely manner

They were slow for me and just the other day my friends entire wheel came off on the highway 2 days after they i installed it

Was able to get me in on a Sunday when no one else could (or would). They quickly identified the problem and fixed my tire so I could get back on the road.

Help me by finding a tire that was reasonable

Did not tighten my nuts and my car was shaking violently on the expressway. I went immediately back and he told me it wasnt his tires fault and not his problem. I tried to explain (I have video) that it had to be something done there I have a newer car and had no problem until after the tire change.I went to valvoline and they took my nuts off with two fingers. (I Hava that video too).I called him to hell him the problem and he called me a trouble maker. Im lucky Im not dead.

They have always taken care of me no matter the issue. Even let me slide on price so no ill feelings at all but Im there a lot.

2 weeks ago i bought 2 tires. Today they started to go flat and i went to the closest mechanic which was NTB. they inspected the tired for free and said they had 0 tread, leaks and multiple places and were basically junk tires. i cut my losses and bought 4 new tires from NTB but called Copley road tires to see if i could get my money back and even offered to give the tires back to him. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and told me there are no refunds. (whats the point of giving me a receipt if there are no refunds?) not only that but he dint even offer to replace them he told me he would look at them he then proceeded to say that it was my fault and that it was probably because i needed a wheel alignment even though i just go an inspection from NTB and the only thing wrong with the car are the tires. not only that but they showed me where one of the tires was ripped on the inside, they said that was where the leak was coming from and the only way a tire gets ripped like that was from being installed improperly or taken of improperly it doesnt take a genius to know that the tire tread doesnt go down to 0 and start leaking in 2 weeks and they more likely then not put junk yard tires or tires that somebody left and they poorly repaired on my car. currently in the process of making a claim with the Ohio Attorney general and anyone else i can make a claim with. Not only is this criminal behavior but they are putting peoples lives at risk by doing this and should be held accountable for it.

This place charged me $22 Im sorry $20 plus an additional $2 because I use my charge card to patch a hole in a tire put a plug in it they said there was two holes I was standing there there was only one I dont recommend you go there unless its an emergency then pay cash otherwise theyll charge you to use your charge card which I believe its not legal especially $2 when they get charged 5% so instead they charge you 20% for using the card again dont go there unless it is an emergency theyre not very friendly at all actually they were kind of rude
