Mostly because of my direct contact Mr. Chad Muns. He is very professional and always make sure that the lifts are delivered on time and in great condition. He also follows up while the lift is rented to make sure everything is ok with the lift.

Called and reserved a Georgia buggy with wheels this morning at 7am. Drove over a hour to get it as this location is the only one that had one in the CSRA at the time. Pulled up and was told that SRS called and reserved it and we couldnt have it. No compensation or anything for the time and gas wasted. They werent willing to help at all. The Manager even told us that SRS called after us at 9am to reserve it and still told us no.

Jay is always friendly and always has or can get what I need. Never rude so maybe other reviewers need to take a look at how they approached the transaction.United has the best equipment and selection. Blue star is always too expensive.Ill recommend united in Aiken every time.

Called to reserve a tractor with brush hog. We were quoted $190 for a half day. When I arrived to pick it up, the cost was over $450! (To be fair we added a trailer so we expected to be higher but not $260 higher).They did offer to rent it for $350 but by this point I completely lost trust in the company.Bottom line, they didn’t stand behind their word.I had a much better experience with Blue Star just down the road.

A business relationship is very important to our company, we expect the same respect and respectfulness we give our customers. We instill in our employees the importance of maintaining those relationships. And it only takes one bad employee to damage a companys good name. Kevin at United rentals on pine log rd has done that time and time again. My first visit iI though everyone hada off day, but after several visits, this man is rude, belittling to customers. And inappropriate to women. We will take our business elsewhere

One star because of the incompetent and complete moron they have working on the yard. Each and every time myself or one of my employees pick up or drop off equipment, theres always a problem with this fool. He is extremely rude and picks an argument with them. How in the world is he still employed there.
