On the very first contact the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Upon meeting Joanne, [the] Hearing Instrument Specialist, she conducted the hearing test with great precision and efficiency, and showed deep care and concern for my hearing well being. We placed an order for hearing devices priced within my budget, and when they arrived within 2 weeks, Joanne was very thorough in showing me how to place them in my ears, how to clean them; the full gamut of correct usage and maintenance. We then scheduled a follow-up consultation for a week later. The entire process was thorough and caring in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Hearing Centers to anyone experiencing hearing loss and wishing to correct it. Im glad I did.

I am very pleased withThis office. From the receptionist Chelsey to the Audiologist Joanne this is a caring and professional team. Conveniently located next to Publix. Joanne was able to fine tune my Phonak hearing aids when other offices could not. It did not matter that they were purchased elsewhere. Joanne just wanted them to improve my hearing. She has created her own programming tools to simulate environments that you would be in and then adjusts from there rather than the perfect quiet office environment. Everyone there are very courteous and helpful. Mr. Keith is very knowledgeable in his field and will go above and beyond to help people with their hearing aids. My wife has profound hearing loss and doesnt like the new digital hearing aids. Mr. Keith worked with her in making adjustments to her hearing aid to help her get used to the difference in the sound. After a few adjustments my wife is loving her new hearing aid. Thank you, Mr. Keith!!! We are recommending them to everyone we can.

Upon having the rudest experience at the evans location, this was well worth the 40 minute drive from Augusta. The entire staff was very kind and patient with my grandmother, the physician explained things thoroughly and made it his business to give her a great experience. 10/10 will definitely recommend to others.
