Friendly home town feel store with great pricing and various home repair products

Slowly browsing is the only way to do Harbor Freight. It’s like reading a reference book. It’s organized well and the shelves are full of like items. Some things like the moving blankets didn’t have a visible price. No price, no sale. The only reason I bumped their rating down a notch is because help was nowhere to be found. Browse you later!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were will to offer suggestions and patient. The managers were pleasant and professional.

We traveled over an hr to pickup an item not available at our store. Patricia helped us SO much! Reserved it before we left, refunded our original item and got us all checked out. Were headed back to pick up another item this morning. These guys are great at customer service!

Harbor Freight are all pretty great. This is one of my favorite stores because it is newer, not as cluttered, easy to navigate, and usually has stuff in stock. The almost all-lady staff members are friendly and helpful.

Great alternative to high prices Lowes and home Depot.

When we were there, they had a large variety of items. Everything was neat and prices marked and easy to find. The staff was very helpful and told us about a program they offer like a membership for $29.99 a year. If you have the membership you receive the lower price on marked items. We bought a pressure washer and the discount paid for our membership! I am sure we will use the membership throughout the year. So worth it!

If you a guy you diff will like or do like this spot.. its the male version of Hobby Lobby. Only downside is it does have a cheaper quality product.... if you can live with that then everything is cool....

Good but did not have saw blades for some of the saws they sold. Have to go elsewhere to find a blade.

The Aiken store is so organized and the employees so helpful. Love this store! Ladies this store not just for men. I have taken several women there and introduced them to all the helpful items for goodie bags, Christmas stockings and the helpful items they sell you can use around the home.

I don’t have any pictures to add, but I did want to say that this was my first visit to Harbor Freight, and the lady at check out was super sweet. I did not get her name, but she was an older dark-skinned lady, and she was amazing. She showed me how to sign up for coupons and find them in my phone. She also added me in their system to get my email updates. The Store was super clean and well organized. The only thing I would add that may be improved upon would be that I was there for 30 minutes yet no one approached me. It probably would not have taken much to see that this was not my typical store, so I would’ve liked to have a bit of guidance on the things I was looking for. I would return. I found a great sale on a 10-ft ladder I’d been wanting.

Newer store located right off of Whiskey Rd.in Aiken. Friendly staff, excellent selection of tools. Harbor Freight prices are much more affordable on a very wide range of tools, and other products youll need around your home. Check it out.

My father used to buy tools and car ramps and other automotive needs from Harbor Freight back when all business was done by mail out of Chicago .. I continue the tradition because Everything they sell is of top quality at Very Reasonable prices .. Only difference Now is that I shop, very happily, at my local store in Aiken SC .. Excellent!

Best place for tools

Always a pleasure going to this store. I am not sure if I always happen to catch it at the right time or what but the store is always clean and well laid out and ordered. Never had a complaint against of the staff. They are ( in my experience) always willing and ready to explain if ever you have a question! Over all a very relaxed and organized place to do business!

Purchased a tool box from the Aiken Harbor Freight. They didnt have all 3 pieces in stock that I wanted. Kind of a bummer... but I purchased the one piece that they had. I could not have ask for better service. Very pleased with my purchase and will be ordering the remaining two pieces. Thank you!

Like most big box stores I wandered around until I finally found, a drill powered pump for $3.99. Just what I needed to drain my washing machine. Someone offering to help up front would have saved a lot of time. The cashier did ask me very pleasantly if I found everything I was looking for. I just simply said yes instead of yes I did with no help from anyone in the store.

What can you say about Harbor Freight? I love that mostly women run the business as I feel I get better help and attention. They have the odds and ends of items that other hardware and car part stores dont have. Havent had issues yet with the brand of tools and of coarse, the coupons always help persuade me to purchase more!

If you live in NA or close to aiken, make the drive to this harbor freight as its so much nicer and less crowded than the one in augusta.... Plus, they have a krispy Kreme next door...you know, if you have a hankerin for a doughnut while shopping 😊

Honestly who doesnt love this store? They have everything anyone could want with regards to tools and accessories for any project. I always read the sale paper because they like to surprise you with great deals hidden within its pages. No complaints here and plan to shop again soon.

Great variety of tools and name brands. What may be lacking in one name brand, is made up by having another name brand that is overkill... But when the price is lacking in convenience the customer service makes up for all the rest . What is not found on the shelf, can always be ordered online. They do try to full fill the DIY every need. The quality of merchandise has went up from years past. And thats a good thing.

They have a great sales and employees who know where are the majority of things are and if they dont know they will find someone else to does. Clean bathrooms as well as a clean environment in general. Quick and easy even with coupons and promotional items.

Not enough people working to accommodate the crowd that was in there

Sometimes you get more than you paid for. Will see if this latest purchase lives up. Prior tools have performed great for my non-pro needs.

I have only been in this location a few times, but every time was a good experience. The selection is good and the people are helpful and I have never had to wait in a long line. Unlike so many fast food place, this place is an asset to Aiken.

Harbor Freight is a great discount hardware store. They have a fair return policy and lower prices than the big box stores. Pets are welcome in the store on a leash. They have great sales and discount coupons can be found everywhere. Coupons can also be found for free items. This is a new store so it is very clean and organized.
