The employees in the past were okay.However, the team now are outstanding. Their knowledge, personal attention and professionalism is superb. Highly recommend going there.

Terms & Conditions are clearly stated on their website. It is our job as customers to make sure we read them. Obviously when dealing with Paypal and credit card companies, fees will occur (just as it does with anything else). Lovely place with lots of helpful staff. TONS of saddles with GREAT price tags!

Very disappointed with my experience here today. Went in with my two children. One of the employees scolded my child for taking something out of a bin (which I asked my kids to look for me). One of the employees was very sweet and offered the kids bubble wrap to keep them entertained while I talked to them about a few saddles I was interested in. Another employee while my kids were popping bubble wrap came back there and in front on my kids asked where they got the wrap in an accusatory tone. I told her they were given the wrap to play with. She then scolded the nice employee in front of my kids and I saying bubble wrap is expensive and dont do that again . It was very unprofessional and inappropriate. You should never get on to someone elses kids without first addressing the parent. And you should talk to your employee about something like that not in front of the customer. Wont be going back there again.

I purchased a used Voltaire Saddle from Aiken. The service was amazing. When I received the saddle it was in excellent condition. Shipping was fast (2 days) and saddle was packaged well. Will definitely recommend and use Aiken Tack Exchange in the future!

This shop is amazing. I first discovered them when we were searching for my daughters first saddle. The help they provided us I will never forget. They even let us take a few to try to make sure it was the right fit for our horse and my daughter. They were so helpful and made the process so easy. They are professional and caring. I never felt pressure to but a saddle from them. However, in the end I WANTED to buy from them because of how helpful and knowledgeable they were. Went in to look for a dressage saddle for a shark finned wither TB. Large inventory. Staff was pleasant, courteous, and patient with this stiff old ladys getting on and off. Extended my trial period because of Memorial Day. Found the perfect saddle at a great price!

This is hands down the best consignment store and tack shop that I have ever been to. The selection of saddles and other inventory is amazing. Arielle and her staff are so friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable. Its so nice to go to a place where you can find great deals on such a variety of horse stuff and receive excellent service. If you havent been here yet, you need to go as you are definitely missing out!

I’ve been going to Aiken Tack Exchange for well over a year now and it has always been a great experience. The staff is kind, but not overbearing. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, easy to contact, and willing to work with anyone, any discipline, and any budget. There’s a great collection of everything for everyone. And don’t be fooled....this “consignment” store has new stuff too!! Being a consignor as well, I know they pick and choose what goes into the store and really put emphasis on quality over quantity.It’s always my first stop when I’m in need, and if I’m away, the staff is happy to take my call and ship ASAP.

So I stopped in Aiken Tack Exchange today and have to say that if you havent seen Arielle and the new location, you need to go by!!! She has done an amazing job and has lots of really nice saddles and tack on hand displayed in a very easy to browse manner. I am VERY impressed with what she has done!!

The owner is extremely knowledgeable regarding saddle for and all tack. Having a saddle fitter with her knowledge and the selection of saddles is amazing! There is something to fit every horse and human. Staff is warm helpful and accommodating. Customer service and satisfaction are obviously taken seriously by the owner. Great store, I could not recommend it enough!

I was excited to visit the store today, but wasn’t allowed to shop because I had my service dog with me. I was stopped at the door and told I couldn’t bring her in because there were four dogs in the store. I honestly believe the employee didn’t realize my dog was a service dog (despite the fact she was wearing her vest with “service dog” on it), but I wasn’t given a chance to explain or provide documentation (which I had).I love dogs. I love the fact that people have jobs that allow them to bring their dogs to work. However, I believe if you own a business, you need to be able to accommodate people with disabilities, even if it’s just to take the time to explain why they can’t shop at your store. Sometimes things happen. Maybe it’s a normal thing for this business, maybe it was just an unfortunate circumstance, but I was able to shop at Aiken Saddlery, who also had a dog in store, with no issues whatsoever.Not everyone’s disability is obvious. I am a grown woman and not being able to go in one store is not the end of the world, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth, as the horse community is usually very inclusive. I hope the owners of this business realize I’m not angry, just surprised and a bit sad. I’m sure they have a lovely store and the dogs in it are very people friendly. I just won’t know firsthand.

The store is a consignment style based out of what was a small house. It was extremely busy when we where there and some of the customers where pushy. The staff handed it nicely. Since the store is an old house, it was extremely cramped and dark.

Happy Mimi, I was able to find four pair of consignment breeches for the grandkids and not spend a fortune.

Friendly staff willing to help with anything from purchasing and ordering saddlery to feed and barn stuff. Good place...
