Literally bought some air force 1s with a nice greeting and very helpful customer service

No customer service and rude customers

I wasnt thrilled about the employees working in this store. They werent very nice or helpful. They just stood around talking to each other.

Clean, organized and friendly place

Not a wide selection of shoes for toddlers but great service!

This was the second time that I have come to the store. The first time I brought me my wife and my kids and me and my wife got shoes. And there were two females working both of which have a very nasty attitude and not a big selection of shoes might I add. So the second time me and my wife went in to return a pair shoes that she bought for me online that were size too small they refuse to take them back and they were unworn brand new still in the box. But still with very nasty attitude same to females from the first time. So I suggest if anyone wants good customer service not to go to that Hibbett on Richlen Avenue in Aiken South Carolina

Not alot of my style

Walked in with friend 3x employes grouped up in middle of store not one bothered to ask us or the other two customers if we needed assistance. Walked out and headed to footlocker.

Customer Service is awful! Instead of helping customers they running their mouths!!! I wanted them to call another store and they went back and forth like I wasn’t standing inside the store! They won’t get my hard earned money!!!
