1 star because I can’t do zero . The worst possible customer service you can imagine . The employees were engaged in a conversation that was much more important than me until an African American customer walked in, then they became the center of attention . They didn’t have the shoes I wanted in their stock of 12 shoes anyways . Hope your luck here is better than mine .

I visited this store 2 days in a row and was contemplating which pair of shoes I would be buying. My experience from both days were unpleasant. First starting with the lack of customer service. I’m under the impression that open ended questions to figure out what the customer is in need of should go further than “what you looking for today”.Besides going into so much more to complain about I’ll leave you with this. The location could use more corporate attention along with in house or external professional training.I expect better service for the amount of revenue this company earns from the community.

Good place for athelic footwear in Aiken. Very convenient for shopping for the family and they have good prices.
