Tyler was very helpful. He took the extra time to call the partner store to see if they had an item he did not have in stock. Store was well organized, bright and clean.

Store it’s self is nice and clean but in general GameStop is awful to deal with. Preordered products from them over 45 days ago, never fulfilled preorders. Not one of them. Was told I could get my refund at another location by the manager, incorrect. Had to drive an hour to come back and get my money. Manager never called me back to resolve problem. I get to the location and the sales associate says “Thats unfortunate you’re canceling some of the products will be in tomorrow”... wow thanks. But don’t worry it’s not the ones you ordered.. what a joke. I never leave bad reviews but truly awful experience.

Went looking for an older game system accessories and was talked to like I was crazy. They could use employees that are better with people skills

I ordered a Switch online, and I drove about an hour to get to this store (never told the employees that). Right before I walked in, I received an email saying the ordered was canceled. They informed me that it was b/c the Switches they had in stock were on hold. However, instead of turning me away, a young lady and her team went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I walked out of this store with a Switch in my hands. Amazing customer service!!!

I love the friendly welcoming geeky atmosphere here. Its visualy overwhelming with all the merchandise and collectables and I could spend an hour in here just browsing and enjoying conversations with the staff. But my wife says I can only buy one thing and I have until shes bored to have made a decision.

No problem at all on a return of a broken X-box also got our game out before we got the new 1 very nice people.really clean and fast lots of games N bout anything for your gaming needs. I recomend Darrylvickers59

Terrible i had problems with My xbox and i took it to them to replace it with my warranty when i get there the guy automatically says he cant replace it because it needed to be he tells me to clean the inside and come back i do it when i come back later a different guy automatically says he cant replace it because its been opened so in the end i get screwed over for listening to them

Horrible buissness. They try to get every penny out of their customers. I preordered the Nintendo Switch, paid for launch day shipping, and its not here. They lied to me and took my 15$. I will never shop here again. Its no wonder that theyre going out of buissness.
