Merit vastly improved our kitchen, 2 1/2 baths and laundry room! Emily walked us through choosing all our new finishes and styles. She was a efficient and communicative project manager. Travis and Scottie were great on site managers. They all took it in stride when we added the laundry room. We also added new blinds to all the downstairs windows and Samantha was great to work with too. They all took our ideas and made them real.

The Merit team in Aiken transformed our bare bones basic laundry room into a beautiful addition to our home. Emily was an amazing project manager who kept us informed every step of the way. Travis was able to design a solution for venting the dryer that was far superior to the original house design and allowed us to maximize the space. And Dustin was not only hard working but a real pleasure to have working in our home. We are thrilled with how the project turned out!

There carpet is cool

I had an excellent experience working with Kelly at the Aiken Merit Flooring store to select sun blocking shades for my porch. She was very professional, knew the products very well, and was so helpful to my husband and I in making our selection, and scheduling and overseeing installation. I highly recommend Kelly.

Merit helped make our kitchen beautiful and functionable with all the storage solutions we needed. Emily helped us chose custom cabinets, countertops, hardware, and flooring that compliment each other. She worked with us to make sure the cabinets were stained the color we wanted.Emily and Travis did a great job scheduling all the work so the job moved along timely. They kept us informed of what to expect each day and let us know in advance if something changed. They were always willing to answer our questions and address all our concerns. Merit has a great selection and friendly people. I was very pleased with the carpet and vinyl installation they did for me. I was even able to have some of the left over carpet bound and made into a matching runner! Ive gone back since for a rug for my dining room.

I had a wonderful experience with Merit! The day after our carpet was replaced our dog ruined it by getting it stuck in his collar...I called Kelly at the Aiken store crying and she had someone there that day to fix the HUGE problem in the middle of my living room! You cant ask for better service than that!!! Wonderful customer service from the sales team to the installers!

Helpful but never called back to measure

Purchased tile and grout for upstairs bath remodel, after my installer had finished I had a couple of unopened boxes of tile & bags of grout that werent needed. When I called to see if I could return, even if there was a restocking fee, I was inform that I could not. If I had known at the time of purchase I would have certainly gone elsewhere.
