Waited 20 min after I placed my order because people came in behind me, and one was quicker to handle (ham) but one had questions and it took quite a bit of time. Cashier was only person there. Croissant sandwich was sloppy and kid- sized, compared to my previous 100 visits. Salad had a 3 in cold bacon STRIP on it. Presentation was POOR, but food tasted good.

We need one at Exit 5 . Tired of hamburgers and fast food!

G and his staff are great at what they do. Im thankful theyre part of the business community in Aiken. Theres a genuine interest in their customers, and the sandwiches and pre-ordered foods are always amazing! I highly recommend!

I always get the Ham Classic, and its always good; a very tasty quick bite. Have not had a dine in experience, but the to go is pretty speedy.

I ONLY gave one star because I had too..this place doesnt deserve that ..I was quoted one price but when I got there...it was over $20 more..no..the money isnt the problem..the food was. I would think $70 for a ham that weighed almost 3 lbs may even taste better..but I was sorely mistaken. Lesson learned the hard way but nevertheless learned.. My first & last time eating there...ridiculous

Terrible sandwich. Bread was hard, too much mayonnaise, ham was not very good. Employee was slow and way too personable.

The service were excellent! No lomg wait and my Classic Ham Sandwich was very fresh and delicious.

Do to I do not like sweets I cant really judge on The Taste of their hams however most people that do eat him devour whats left over. Based on that Id say theyre pretty good

Besides getting great Ham and Turkeys for special occasions at Honey baked Ham....its also a great place to pick up lunch !!! Love that Ham Sandwich, and highly recommend to people on the go!!

This is my go to for Shoot I forgot to eat today when Im in the mood for a homemade tasting sandwhich. I always happen to meander in right near closing time and I think only one person works back there but theres never any customers when I show up so I get my food fast! They always ask how Im doing and make small talk which is nice but it could also be because Im the first human theyve seen in hours 😂

Purchased a ham, turkey breast and side items. The staff was very helpful and efficient. Samples of their products were available. All items were very good. The elapsed time from arrival to exiting the store was less than five minutes. In and out of a Honey Baked Ham Store, to obtain our Christmas ham on December 22 in less than five minutes is an amazingly short time!Yes, I recommend this restaurant/store. I will return in the future.

My husband and I love coming here for a nice lunch date. The food is fresh quality deliciousness! I am addicted to their sweet potato souffle though.

I frequent this location- the owner is always present and greets every customer personally. The employees also speak and strive to make quality meals. I have also used this location to do office lunches thru work. I would highly recommend- it is no longer common to “know” the owner or see them frequently. Would highly recommend!

Not sure why this is rated so high. Not the best Honeybaked Ham store. If you are going in to buy a small amount like a slice of ham or slices of smoked turkey, be careful what you buy. If its been sitting awhile, it will taste funny, gets, watery. Also, Ive bought ham salad twice with big pieces of fat and grisel in it. I wont buy product here anymore. I threw out smoked turkey and ham salad. Never had this problem at any other Honeybaked store but this one.

Cons. Not as good as the one in Augusta. Its really over priced for the amount you get. It also takes 15-20 minutes to make 2 small salads. Pros The food is good quality as expected from honey baked ham and its in a convinent location on whiskey road.

Says cafe on the front, no coffee despite a coffee machine being present.Customer service was meek.Waited over ten mins for a small order despite being the only 3 people in the building.Came out without side order.Food was good. Yet still Overpriced.Probably a better place for carry out catering as opposed to dine in.

Excellent and quick service for my orderes ham. The cashier even gave me the copon code for my phone. Only downside tall blonde gentleman getting the hams from cooler had sagging pants and no underwear on when he bent over. Thank goodness my ham was wrapped. Dress cod should be in forced.

Coworker and I stopped here for lunch. The sandwiches we ordered had very small portions of meat, a single slice of what resembled a tomato, one piece of lettuce, and one half of a slice of bacon. Ridiculous.This is the first Honeybaked Ham Ive ever been to that gave such small portions. Normally they pile that stuff on... I should have read the reviews. Theres plenty of other restaurants in the area, I suggest exploring other options.

Service was good. Food was not. Order a club sandwich and it had 1 sliver of bacon. Flavor was ok. Left alot to be desired. I went through three chairs before i found 1 that wasnt broken.

THIS BUSINESS OWNER IS A RIP OFF AND DISGRACE TO THE COMMUNITY!I spoke with Mr G about catering 35 box lunches for a rehearsal dinner to be served at a local church do delivery would be free. When I placed the order he said I would have to pay for the pickles. He acted like he was giving me something when in reality it comes with the meal.When the sandwiches were served and opened they had skimpy one inch pieces of ham or turkey. Several were only the brown skin, which looked like throw away pieces of meat. Many couldnt even eat the sandwich because there was little meat The potato salad cups were only 1/3 full (2 bites) and should have been full!You, Mr G, should be ashamed! You are a disgrace to Honey Baked Ham! You are lying and stealing from your customers and think it is OK. Good but pricey

I just had to turn this manager in to the honey baked ham company. He is extremely rude. Last week was my birthday and I received two coupons. One for joining the rewards program and one for my birthday. I presented the coupons for free ham sandwiches and the manager had an issue with me because he wanted me to buy more items. The coupon was for a free sandwich no purchase necessary but he had an attitude about it. My daughter and husband also joined the rewards program and received a coupon for their free sandwiches. The coupons do not expire until 7/6/17 and 7/8/17. The manager refused them service today because I got a free sandwich last week. Thats not how the rewards program works. We will not be returning to this honey baked ham restaurant because hes all about the dollar not about building positive customer experience and building his customer base. He is also very rude to his employees from what I witnessed and from what my husband witnessed and he was rude calling the older customers in his store slow. (We drove to Chick-fil-a and spent our money there instead. We use the rewards program there quite often. In fact were A-listers at Chick-fil-a because we spend so much money there. We wont be taking advantage of honey baked hams rewards or paying for anymore hams at the holidays).

Great chicken salad sandwiches

Terrible, went for lunch got 2 sandwiches with chips maybe and a sample cake the cake was as much as one of the sandwiches, the manager came over and opened the cake for us which was weird i had 2, thats right 2 slices of thin ham on my sandwich with a gross tomato, my girlfriends ham had a part of a bone in it. I wiped the sauce off becasue did not like it the guy who made the sadwiches was staring at us asked if anything was wrong practicly yelling. He then continued to stare at us. If your looking for a .50 cent worth of ham on your sandwich and a super akaward dineing experance this place is for you. Way better off going to subway would have gotten X4 the amount of meat and way less werid. The other reviews must be from owners and employees or people that simply buy a ham and leave. I was excited for the food but it was just terrible and a worse enviroment.
