Bakery made my daughters 3rd birthday cake! Was proven bit a challenge as it was a new design. But WOW, they knocked it out of the park. The colors, flavor, and decoration were perfection!! I highly recommended! I usually make my own cakes but this year just didn’t have the time, but will definitely let Publix take care in the future again! Thank you to whomever took part in this cake!

I called publix bakery and not only did Margie give me 100% satisfaction and customer service she also offered a gender reveal pink and blue swirl for my cupcakes! This publix store is by far the best supermarket in Aiken, fresh produce and meat ( including fish)I only wish they carry duck fat, beef stock and other specialties that we cant get around here but online.Great supermarket though!!

Like most folks, I dread trips to the pharmacy... standing in interminable lines, waiting forever for prescriptions to be filled, and heaven forbid if you need to ask the pharmacist a question!However, recently I decided to have a prescription filled at our local Publix rather than our usual spots (CVS or Walgreens, both of which have been tremendously disappointing lately). Why not, I thought?I approached the counter, surprised at how short the line was... just one person ahead of me! Not bad, I thought. Then the pharmacist himself, Christian, came over to the open register to serve me. Your prescription is being filled right now, he said, and asked me to wait there while he went and personally retrieved it. 5 minutes later, I had the prescription in hand, pleasantly surprised at how quick and frustration-free the experience had been.But wait... it gets better!As I paid for the prescription, I asked Christian if Publix sold activated charcoal tablets. He wasnt sure, but he immediately walked around the counter and we searched together through the adjacent aisles, to no avail. I thanked him for his time and turned my cart to leave, intending to pick up a few groceries on my way out.With a child sick at home with a stomach bug, I was disappointed we couldnt locate the charcoal tablets, but I was impressed with how helpful and friendly Christian had been.Here is where the story takes a turn for the surreal, and why I decided to write this review:About five minutes later, as I made my way down the bread aisle, Christian came around the corner and approached me, vial of activated charcoal tablets in hand. I found them! he said with a triumphant smile, handing me the vial. I was absolutely dumbfounded. This pharmacist had taken the extra time to not only find the product, but to hunt me down in the store to make sure I didnt leave empty-handed.To say that I was impressed would be the understatement of the year. Thanks to Christians cheerful, above-and-beyond approach to customer service, my wife and I will now be loyal customers at the Publix pharmacy for life.

Tonight my boyfriend and I visited the Publix deli to order a Buffalo Chicken Tender Sub, which made the third visit this week to order our dinner. Our meal prep was Kate, and at first impression, I thought Kate was a very polite and sweet woman that appreciates people and likes to provide the best customer service. Upon leaving to make our purchase, I noticed that there was an angry and very disgruntled customer that was demanding quality service. It made us feel bad for Kate because we thought that she provided us with great customer service. Thanks Kate for another great sub...we will be back again.

My family and I are in town visiting relatives and needed some items, so we stopped in. Weve heard good things, but dont have Publix at home. I was immediately struck by how clean and bright the store was. We were able to find everything we needed except for one thing (which they probably had and we just missed). We noticed the prices were a bit higher than some other local stores, but not horrifically so.

Worst deli section. Literally love Publix subs and wedges, and every singe time I come, it is ALWAYS out of stock of EVERYTHING. The service in the deli is always incredibly slow. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Publix before.

I love the store for shopping, but I HATE the deli. I have never had a good experience. I’ve let the previous bad experiences go, but this time I’m done. I ordered a sandwich on my lunch break, I opened it in the parking lot to eat real quick and it and it’s SO burnt. The picture doesn’t do it justice. The sandwich is super hot but the bread is as hard as a rock, there is no give at all. I will not return here.The last time I ordered a sandwich from the deli the time stamp said ready in 30 minutes, so I ran errands. I got to the deli about 10 minutes after my receipt said it would be ready and it wasn’t ready. I was nice when I told the guy behind the deli counter and he just stared at me and then went to help someone another customer.. the manager came over to help and was super nice, but the experience is unacceptable.

Its always clean. Great meat department. It can be pricey. The pharmacy offers some meds for free. Employees are always nice.

Publix subs (from the deli) are better than any sub shop. New management at the deli and I could not be more impressed. So professional and well run. If you want a sub or salad or just a family meal/lunch snack this is the place to be. You can even wait in their cafeteria area and eat your meal in a quiet air conditioned environment.

Love to shop here. Would like to see fresher Granny Smith Apples, green & red bellpeppers! Love the rest... especially the friendly, helpful service & the totally awesome tenderloin at the back right in the refigerated meat section!!

Very nice place but a little expensive for me. I have a budget to stick to. Very nice employees. I have to go there for the pharmacy sometimes to pick up meds. They are reasonable on some of the medicines. Still a very nice place to shop.

Great stock Its laid out in a Its different way from most of the other big supermarkets Ive been to Im from the North and just moved down here so Im used to Stop & Shop and Ive been to a few different kroger but Yet this public was laid out in a completely different way than any of those that just made it more convenient as far as Im concerned so I loved the place super easy to navigate and the way the loyalties work through an app makes it super convenient definitely yet definitely my store of choice whenever I need to go buy groceries or whatever

Apparently, Public Corporation does not respect the lives of its employees or customers; They do not enforce customers to wear masks at least the Public Corporation in the South East. I called them about this issues and they tried double talk, but I pinned them down to yes or no. The answer was no we dont. Most of the people in Aiken that shop there are respectful to the employees and customers and wear masks . However, there are some employees that wear their masks like a gin rest. That does protect anyone. Rules for Covid have been around for at least if not longer than nine months. The rules are clear about how to wear a mask and the importance of wearing one. Stop spreading the virus we have enough cases already.

This must be an older Publix. I am used to the one on US378 near Lake Murray, and this store doesnt hold a candle to the Lake Murray one. I will save my Publix trips for Lexington.To add to this, the deli folks asked what to put on a sub, when a sign right behind the dude clearly said what goes on it. Disorganized, confused, sloppy, inexperienced, slow are some of words I would use to describe the deli here.

Publix is usually amazing. I have had a lot of rotten meat from here recently. The managers have been very helpful, just the meat department does not pay attention to the meat they are putting out there. The meat manager kept telling me that the meat was fine even though it was off color and sour smelling. He made me feel like an idiot. I refuse to shop at this publix ever again. My family and I drive to the north augusta Publix now.

Slowest Deli I’ve every experienced. Every single time I am here it always takes at least 20 for someone to get to me. Today there were three people working behind the counter and only one person was actually taking care of a customer while the other two did other things. Today I waited over 20 minutes. This seems to be a consistent issue. Please address this.

A seemingly spotless store decorated with smiling faces to greet you as you enter. Staff is always kind and eager to help with any of your needs. You can often find great deals on a multitude of items throughout the store. It is always a pleasure to shop here. The only not-so-great thing I can think of is the crowded parking lot, but thats to be expected in a Southside shopping center.

Overall it was pleasant. I asked one of the stock clerks where to find evaporated milk, he didnt know but went out of his way to get me the information. Really great customer service.The new automated check out was frustrating. Scan and put your item in the bag before you can scan the next. Its worse than Smiths in Los Alamos.

Went in for Gatorade, because of the sale, and I provide for 3 families and a after-school program. and they were almost sold out. only got enough for 2 houses. besides that they are usually great

I use publix pharmacy as often as possible, they are fast and accurate. When you call they answer the phone after a brief selection of options. WAY better than Kroger by a long shot (for real)

I love Publix and almost shop there exclusively, however, this Publix seems consistently understaffed in the deli as I have to stand in line and wait entirely too long every time I want deli meat - to the point that people standing in line give up and walk away. This Publix deli definitely needs major improvement!

I got there early, then I had to wait until 9:30, and I have over 8 years of experience in the deli which is what they were hiring for. Your listing says flexible schedule and it says part time and full time. The person interviewing me said their schedules are not flexible, and that they were hiring part time to evaluate you and then promote you to full time. Your posting is nothing but lies. Publix is always great. They care about their customers

I regularly purchase precut fruit from the produce section here. A couple of months ago I mentioned to a manager that the fruit containers were not being properly sealed. As a result, the packages pop open from the back, leaking everywhere and ruining my reusable grocery bags. If the product is not being properly sealed, that means the plastic clamshells are sitting open on the shelf for a number of days, exposed to bacteria with the potential to make people sick. Not only is this a messy inconvenience, it is a public health hazard and needs to be corrected! Unfortunately, it hasn’t, because these pictures were taken just a few days ago. I could literally lift the entire lid off the container. Notice how the plastic tab on the front is completely intact. The fact that this is still a problem deeply concerns me. From now on, I’ll do my shopping somewhere else, and advise my friends and family to do the same.

Been Publix customer for nearly 3 decades. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Overall store and parking lot has always been clean and neat. Deli meats and cheese, bakery, pharmacy, and fresh meats and seafood usually always have what we want. The stocked shelf items and produce sections have become problematic over past few years. We end up going to Fresh Market for produce and Kroger for the shelfed groceries. Have shared communication with service desk and management over most visits. We do enjoy shopping Publix best of all others. I do appreciate Publix always having a clean restroom, and a clean store, entrance way and parking lot and the friendly employees.

Been to many Publix Grocery Stores, the Aiken store is the most on point with customer service, helpfulness, items where they are supposed to be and items in stock and on the shelves. As far as the covid 19 issues they are on it, sanitized carts, mask in place and all the other components in place. EXCELLENT STORE. PUBLIX YOU ARE THE BEST !
