Very nice assortment of hair care products, hair dyes and developers, wigs, makeup, etc for less than youd find at most name-brand stores. Has a lot of things specifically for women of color, and it seemed to have a lot of friendly people browsing. One of the staff seemed to yell a lot for some reason? Not necessarily mean things, but it was a bit off-putting having someone shouting in response to other level-toned customers. I thought maybe it was due to a slight language barrier or a hearing issue, hence why I gave four stars. Im including that only in case other people get mad over it.

The lady at the register thought it would be fun to laugh and make fun of a cancer patient. So she and another lady laughed at the fact that I didn’t want other lady stand so close to me she could braid my hair. The chick at the register should’ve been more considerate. I was I there to buy the head wraps to cover my noms shaved head from the cancer and this is how they treat their customers.

Went to this store today and was followed and watched for no reason. Its sad that this is one of few beauty supply stores in Aiken. If you can avoid shopping here please do. They will follow you simply bc of how you look.

Buyers beware! This company sells knock off products which makes me doubt if anything in their store is authentic. We are trusting these stores to sell us name brand goods. It is very disappointing when you called and tried to talk to the manager and asked her if these products are authentic and they hang up the phone on you. Just be cautious before you buy. Do your research. The owner is very rude, and seems to only be interested in making money and ripping off name brands. Thank you

They never seem to have what Im looking for anymore. Even though they sell it (whatever Im looking for that particular day), theres usually none on the shelf. They used to be the place to go for black hair care products, but now Wal-Mart has just about as much variety as Beauty Mart. Unless Im looking for a wig, I dont see much reason to go there.
