Aloha ship conveniently located on Moanalua Rd. Easy access and friendly service early Sat morning. UPS left my box there since I was not a available to receive at home. Ive picked up boxes from Aloha Ship before. Noticed online they have several services available if needed.

Great little place. Very helpful! I needed to fax for a few weeks and they do it for you which saves me time. Other places are big need to read alot, drop coins in machines. Walk in to ASAP tell the women what I need and bam done! Very nice and friendly.

Their service it by far the best!! a company charge me for something they said I didn’t return I took it to Aloha Ship and Pack and dropped it off there. I looked all over for the tracking number and I could find it so I called Aloha Ship and Pack if they had any record of it the lady said give me your number and I’ll see what I can find in less then ten minutes I get a call back with the tracking number thank you thank you because if their friendly help I get my money back

Great customer service!!! I initiated an Amazon return, but apparently did it wrong. Aloha Ship and Pack helped me do it right so I can drop it off with them. They also helped me out with notarizing a document, and didnt charge me a penny, even made copies of the documents! How great is that for customer service? Even mailed the documents through them as well, one stop shop indeed. Mahalo Aloha Ship and Pack! You guys rock!

I just went in today. No matter what time of the day I go here they are always friendly and ready to help. They pack my boxes for me I just give them a bag of stuff to ship and they fit it in the smallest. I love this place

These are the nicest and kindest people you will ever encounter in a service industry. Hands down!Let me explain: you’re mailing a hastily shoved together large Manila envelope of stuff and go to them to mail it. If there’s a more economical method of shipping, they will tell you- at their detriment! They make no more money AND they unpack and repack and hand you the labels and pen. Hello? Any reason to do this other than goodness of heart? Crickets.

How in the world do you send a small concrete bridge for a Japanese rock garden from Oahu to Hilo? Problem solved! Just take it to ASAP in Waimalu and they will take care of it for you. The bridge arrived two days later and intact. Great job ASAP!!
