I always enjoy shopping in this mall when I am in the island. Although Macys is the biggest store in the mall there are lots of smaller but popular stores as well and lots of local stores for clothes, jewelries, etc for the family and lots of souvenir items for friends and relatives back home and just as important a wide selection of restaurants to choose from as well.
This place has changed a lot since I was here years ago. Its got a lot of new stores and food places. Very very nice and clean inside and out. Parking spots available and the mall itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Id you arent familiar with it like I was, it can get very easy to get lost. I tried using the mall map, to find the place I needed to go to but it wasnt very helpful. It doesnt necessarily give you the location of the place or tell you where you are & show you how to get there, it just shows where the place is. They may want to work on making that map a bit more user friendly. Would be nice to get a you are here and then a path to where youre trying to go. All in all really good mall. Would definitely go there again.
Always busy and a lot to do here. I always go to Blue Tropix, perfect for taco Tuesdays and beer.

Havent been here in years... boy has this place changed... and for the better! So much more nicer from what I last remember of downtown Pearlridge Center. Most of it was food rather than stores.
Great location, but Id recommend that the management team of the property request a crosswalk on the same side as the development in the intersection between the hospital and the shopping center. As currently marked, the crosswalk on the side of the shopping center entrance does not go completely across the street, requiring pedestrians to walk an extra block or more to gain lawful entrance.
Lots of good shops nearby, without the swarm of tourists. You can find many of the stores you like but without the large crowds.
Pearl Ridge is one of my favorite places to go shopping, so many different store outlets to chose from great.
I enjoy shopping at Pearl Ridge Center for the variety of stores that it has and my personal interests. I like Book Off, TJ Max and Ross Dress for less. I feel I can get great values and save a lot of money (though I end up spending more lol). The parking lot is convenient and I always get a decent spot. I also like the CPK Restaurant. I visit at least once a week.
Place not crowded, every store has 6ft distancing and they have sanitizer that you can use whenever you enter their store.As for dine in they ask you to write your name, phone and address for contact tracing maybe.
Pearlridge has everything from eating places to surf shops and even massage.
Great place for shopping for clothes when your on a tight budget.
Went to Macys and the girl that helped us was very nice and friendly, so we ended up buying something from her. Will definitely go back to shop.

Pearlridge Center is our favorite place to shop since we live in Central Oahu. The nice thing about Pearlridge Center is that it is fully enclosed so no matter what time of the year you shop you can do so without having to deal with the weather.This shopping center is small enough that you can probably browse it in a day unless you go into every store. I like the variety of stores however wish there was a shoe store that sold more than just athletic shoes.This shopping center also houses a Satellite City Hall branch which is really convenient for people who live in the area. You can pay for car registration, tickets, change car titles, etc. and then do your shopping.You will find a lot of places to eat as well. There is a food court in both the Uptown and Downtown sides as well as some separate dining places located here and there. A monorail is available to take you from one side to the other if you dont want to walk.
Visited Regis Salon. Easier to access when parked at Macys and enter through Macys. Regis is on the second floor outside of Macys. Regis waiting area is closed. So need to wait outside of the salon.
This mall is off the beaten path, and when you find it, it will definitely be a place you can relish for the years ahead.They have an Arbys their in which I ate at and I think I will be going back their real soon, I accidentally found it and Im glad I did. You cant get into the shopping swing of things until you find your shopping stores, you know were made just for you and make you feel at home.
We always make it a point to come here when were on Oahu. Lots of stores that we like and its enclosed so its not hot
Not a whole lot going on here. This was once a great mall to shop at. Now it seems old and outdated. The prices are still similar to ala Moana shopping center. But it looks tired.

My family and I love visiting Pearlridge. Its the closest mall to us. We like the fact that its indoors and air conditioned most of all! There are two sides to the mall and both are great to visit. I would say a good mix of stores and eateries throughout both sides. There is a Monorail that will get you from one side to the other, as they arent physically connected. It costs $ though... but its honestly within good walking distance so get the extra steps! Although the mall is ever changing, it doesnt feel like there are many vacant stalls. Lots of parking to go around, you just might have to hunt at times.

The only mall I like to go to perfect for local people to pick up clothes and eat at restaurants, watch movies, grab snacks. For the air condition lots of seating outside lots of parking instructions and open locks a lot of clothing stores to choose from.Food court within mall with something for everyone. Dessert places, Starbucks almost everything in here

Love the Pearlridge Mall. Location to JBPHH makes this the mall to be for food and shopping. Clean mall and COVID proactive during the pandemic time.

If you’re hype and wanna be cool, this is a pretty cool spot to look cool. Don’t think you need to decide between hype and cool. This is the place to be both.

One of the main indoor malls on the island that has been open for a very long time still a great place to come to shop with many options. There is a food court on both sides of the mall, alot of new shops opened up although sad to see alot of shops go out of business since covid. I still do love coming here.
Dont forget to show a picture of your vaccine card if you want to eat at the food court. just show it as you pay for your food and get a wristband.

Great spot for everyone. There isnt designer stores here like ala moana. There is 2 parts to this mall. Uptown and downtown. You can take a sky cab to both sides at the top. Uptown has Macys, Ross, and TJ max. Downtown has Longs drugs, Hot Topic, Sears, and the movie theater. Lots of parking. Great place for my family and I to get out of the house.
This place has it all! Beautiful multi-level shopping mall with plenty of stores to satisfy your shopaholic tendencies. This mall is a pleasant place to find whatever youre looking for. It has a food court as well as a few other restaurants tucked away in its many corridors. This mall has most of the stores you would expect in a large shopping facility, including a satellite licensing and ID center. Theres always parking available, and if you park at the adjacent parking garage you can take a fun ride in the sky tram. Pearlridge has been my go-to one-stop-shop and will continue to be in the future.
Lots of great stores and activities. This mall is cheerful (especially at Christmas). Plenty of free parking. Food court is a little lacking.

I like the aesthetics. Architecture is nice. So is the variety. Also you can afford the clothing instead of selling your organs on the black market.
Awesome experience looks so beautiful, clean, lots of room.I was in the food court on the 2nd floor. I had to pick up for a last minute birthday dinner.Omg. Everything I wanted was all in front of me. Pandas for the grandkids, Rainbows drive inn for the bigger kids and for dessert everyone loves Cinnamons.Made everything so easy. To do something last minute .And the Theater was open. I been going there since I was a little kid. And now I live in Kailua. So great to see the new look. And more great store to shop. Nice mall, I wish more things were open. I went there to the satellite center, oddly its in the mall, but after I was walked around to see what stores they had most things were closed.. but some things were open

I spent most of my credit limit at this mall and Hawaii!!!! There are too many wonderful things to describe I can tell you that the Louis Vuitton store there is wonderful and they are very helpful along with the Prada store everybody is just fabulous.This mall is not for the week at heart they are crammed pack full of every visitor every local shopper everyone who wants to eat at their food courts plural food courts its not for the faint of heart at all, so when you go take a crazy amount of money or stick to your budget and get ready for full combat shopping because thats exactly what it is but in the most wonderful of scenarios.... Hey youre in Hawaii what are you complaining about???? LOL 🤣😆

This place is confusing. So many different places and levels to park on but they arent all connected. Maybe its just me, but I struggled to find things the 2 times I chose to visit this shopping center during my week in Honolulu

As a visitor from Virginia Beach I was impressed with the attitude from the people employed there. Especially Kevin i think was his name, from the Dunkin Donuts at the lower mall. I can see he really liked what he did and was very friendly. Thank you

I am not a real big mall person. The only reason I go is to eat at Goma Tei. There is also a new store with local products that I just love. Got a bag made from recycled army tents.

In general, I like the variety of stores at Pearlridge. But on this day, IT WAS CRAZY PACKED!!! I understand it was spring break weekend, but there were WAAAAY more people than I am comfortable being around ... shouldnt we still be cautious about Covid? I went directly to the store, got what I needed and LEFT!!!
Parking is really decent, complex adequate with shops dat are conducive to Hawaiis high cost of living..

I loved the meats but my husband and I felt excluded. We waited a while for my husbands rice so I had to give him mine. 2 people came to me and asked if I needed rice and neither came back with any lol! They never changed our burner and it was not cool. My husband asked for diet coke and they never brought it.
Food court is too hot! Stop being cheap and turn on the air!
I love Pearlridge. So many stores to choose from, very convenient. This last visit was to pick up food. We went to L& L and the a Korean BBQ place.

My son loves Pearlridge loves to go window shopping likes to buy stuff. I think it mainly because its an indoor mall so on those hot days he prefers to go shopping indoors where he can stay cool.
Torrids in Pearl-ridge mall has by far more selection to choose from then Windward Mall!

Im not a fan of shopping centers, but this is probably the best in the island (Ala Moana is too touristy). And Very busy too! Mainland shopping centers are struggling, but plenty still come to Pearlridge for meandering between uptown and downtown themed shopping and food, connected with a cute tram. Good food, diverse shops and dont miss the massage chairs! Lol
Good place to hang out with family or friends. I went on the weekend and it was crowded. There were many places in the mall where people were not six feet apart. Other than that, there is a good selection of stores there, and most of those stores practice proper safety measures.
Went to the farmers market which was pretty cool. Lots of good stuff to eat
The place was so good. Not much of a crowd but the social distancing rules means there will be a wait is eating at one of their restaurants. So good to start back up again and was great seeing everyone wearing masks.
What a strange mall, there’s a train that transfers you to one mall to the the other lol definitely a place to go walk around and hangout. Clean and quiet.
